Of (let's say) all the sets, card tables, card cloth, roulette wheels, shufflers, cards, only one item was outstanding in that it was considered priceless and not safe under any call to remove or damage; the crap cloth.Most roulette wheels would attract heavy shellfire, there are several well documented instances of this during the second world war.KM
