The media could not be loaded. The product is great. It came well wrapped but the contents in the bottle spilled into the wrap since the cap was partially opened. Next time, place a small piece of tape over the cap. Apart from that,I can give it 10 out of 5

Disappointment
Lotion was not new or sealed. Received package and 1/2 the lotion had emptied inside the packaging envelope because it opened.
