SEI Furniture Antebellum Media Console Electric Storage Fireplace, Antique White

We are so pleased with our fireplace. First from delivery, ordered on a Monday evening and it was delivered on Friday, an entire week earlier than expected. Secondly, my husband undertakes assembly quite methodically, and he was delighted with the directions and organization of the components. It went together beautifully.. It is the perfect fit and color for our room. The flame and heater are wonderful, We live in South Carolina, but have already had some evening dropping into the 30's and the heat from this unit kept our great room warm and cozy and allowed us to not use our heat pump to heat the entire house. This is what we were looking for in addition to the media storage, which is great as well.

I own a coastal home and needed a fireplace that put out heat but also with a coastal look. This fireplace is perfect. Well worth the price. It is in a bedroom that has coastal shutter furniture. The heat is very nice as well on these chilly coastal nights. I hired someone to put it together. They were experienced but still had to work on it for a while. The item is just beautiful and very sturdy. Looks like something from Potterybarn for half the price. Love it and so glad I found it.

I did tons of research on electric fireplaces and narrowed down to two. Chose the Antibellum model because of the Tv media portion...other one was fireplace mantle only. Shopped around for pricing and found on Amazon for $200 less than others.I Love this electric fireplace! I live on Cape Cod in a condo so i chose the antique white. It is perfect. Has some distress marks on wood that adds to its charm. The size is perfect and throws off lots of heat! Adjustable thermostat, flames and wood embers make it easy to create the mood. Remote comes in handy when curled up reading...Cabinets have lots of storage space with an adjustable shelf in each. Media shelf is plenty big. I suggest you use the optional center post to prevent sagging from a larger Tv. I have a 32 inch Tv but other reviews stated issues with larger tvs.Very easy to put together! Materials are very sturdy and definitely not cheap looking.My fireplace arrived in two boxes in 2 days and two days EARLY!!! Packaging was good. Some dirt smudges on pieces but nothing that shows. Firebox size is really nice looks like an actual fireplace. Small issue with installation of box...two brackets to hold unit in mantle are at the front of box and unreachable to actually screw it. Comes with a slider bar also so that's what I used.My only issue is that the heater blows from the half top of the firebox (other half is where the hidden controls are) I would much prefer that it blew from the entire width of the bottom and the blower is a little noisy. Some other models have a fire crackling sound and I wish this one did too.. but other than that it is a wonderful addition and highly recommended !

This fireplace is not only beautiful, but it also works very well. I am a hot natured person, so I don't use the fireplace for myself, however, when I leave for work in the morning I will turn it on so the room warms up (quickly) for my wife when she gets up and she loves that. We have gotten a lot of compliments on how it looks and we are very happy with our purchase. It does take a bit to put it together, but I love that sort of thing. I'm the kind of guy who gets excited when my wife goes to IKEA as I look forward to putting the items together. In saying that, I did cuss once or thrice while putting the fireplace together, but that's a small price to pay for a wonderful product. I would highly recommend.

After researching this fireplace for cost, I found it on Amazon for less than half the price other home improvement stores wanted for it........It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble with only the use of a screw driver...My husband loves the remote control for turning the heat on, and he doesn't say much about a product unless he truly likes it. First thing this morning, he turned it on to enjoy the heat....We live in the south, so we will use the heater often in the winter to take the chill off instead of using the furnace so often;...it is a great bargain, and we love it...purchased the antique white model to go with our living room...the flames look very very realistic...I can't say enough good things about it. You won't be disappointed for the price, quality, and looks...

I was able to assemble this in 2 hours flat by myself. I love the size, look, and durability. The only downside I noticed is an odor with the product which I’m sure will subside. Otherwise I am very pleased with my new fireplace / bookshelf. It is not too big, not too small... but just right for my apartment!

I have been wanting one of these for a couple of years now. I finally decided on this one. We have a sunroom which can remain a little chilly in the winter months. This is where we spend most of our time so I thought this would be perfect and it is. First, finding one that is not dark wood is hard. I did not want pure white and this one is an antique white that is just perfect. My husband is sick so it was up to me to put it together. I took it out of the box and was a little overwhelmed with the project, but it wasn't bad at all. Everything was marked well and what I really liked was all the screws, pegs, etc where wrapped individually and marked. It took me most of the afternoon to put it together but I will admit I was really taking my time. All in all I have to say it was very easy. The only thing that was a problem was they sent me two right side doors (J). That was resolved very easily. I called the customer service number and they are sending it right out. Actually my husband like it without the doors and family pictures on the sides. It was in perfect condition with no scrapes of scratches on the wood. You do have to be careful when you are assembling, it can scratch easily. I have only had it for a few weeks, but so far I love it. You have a fireplace with no heat for just the mood or enough heat to keep you warm with the fireplace look.

What a beautiful addition to my bedroom sitting room. Makes a cold or dreary day bright again. Good purchase; easy to put together; and wonderful fireplace....
