1. Why you need the Mouth Guard? When you are doing boxing, MMA, rugby, karate, judo, kickboxing, hockey or any other contact sports, you may be sufferred with chipped teeth, broken teeth, even root damage and tooth loss. Then a good mouth guard is needed, which can protect you from the blows, impacts and hits that you encounter when performing at your best. 2. How does the Mouth Guard works? ‘Boil & Bite’ design can offer superior custom fit. There has notch design in the front to allow air through and can make breath more easily. In the back, pads can prevent slipping and strengthen shock resisting. 3. How to use the Mouth Guard? The instructions can guide you to easily mould the gum shield onto your teeth. According to your teeth to cut the gum shield to the appropriate size. Put the gum shield into about 70 degrees of hot water of about 30 seconds to make it soft. Remove from hot water and cool under tap water for 1-2 seconds to bring temperature to a comfortable level. Carefully place the gum shield of the upper teeth, press onto and around upper teeth. Press into molars first and then front teeth. Bite down hard and suck in strongly. Continue to suck and use fingers to press edges of mouthguard into teeth and gum line on the outside of lips and cheeks for 30 seconds. Remove and place in cold water for 30 seconds. The gum shield will have best retention once it cools and sets for several hours. Place back into mouth and test a good, firm fit. If fit is not accurate, reset steps. 4.
