Missing parts
We love the light but so many pieces are missing ! We are missing two full dangly crystals and two halves! No option on Amazon to contact seller or ask for replacement only option is send whole thing back. Disappointed didn’t come with all the pieces but is a nice light if was whole

Not working
Paid to have installed by an electrician and one of the lights not working. Now is fully installed and would incur more costs removing and replacing and returning. No way to contact company for help to resolve this.

Beautiful but the crystals fall off too easily!
this was very expensive and when it arrived we were a bit disappointed in the quality of the metal but we went ahead and installed it. But now we are even more disappointed because the crystals fall off all the time! I have to write to the company and ask for more...

Lampa med glasprisma
Fin lampa men en glas slinga fattades i leveransen.Ritningen var på en helt annan lampa. Videon är bra men det gick alldeles för fort. Svårmonterad. Rekommenderade glödlampor har liten sockel. Lampan har stor sockel.

Buon prodotto
Molto meglio dal vivo che in foto, molto luminoso. Richiede montaggio e un pò di dimestichezza con i cavi elettrici, tenetelo in considerazione se pensate di installarlo da soli.
