I liked the fact there was no mixing to do, use straight out of the tube. It was quite hard to squeeze the grout out of the tube, but manageable..

I am a novice with DIY and even I found this really easy and effective made my old tiling look like new. The spatula works really well (especially when used as I didn’t notice this at first in the pack!) and I’ve ordered a second pack as well. Definitely good value for money

I read the reviews and compared this to the similar US version that came up on the search. I decided on this as it came with a sponge, applicator and you got more product for your money.When the product arrived, despite ordering dark grey, the box said anthracite. I was a bit confused as the sticker barcode said dark grey. I’m not sure if this was a manufacturing issue or a distribution issue. I’ve no idea who puts the sticker on but suspect Amazon pick the product based on scanning the barcode not what is written on the box. There was also was no applicator in the box, not a great start, but things got worse!Other reviews mentioned that the tube splits, mine was intact and looked good. I gave the tube a squeeze and nothing happened, squeezed a bit harder, and the seam along the end of the tube split oozing grout everywhere. So much for putting a thin bead of grout over existing grout lines. From looking at the tube, it’s pretty low quality and suspect the cap is less than airtight. This means the grout in the nozzle had already started to harden so when you squeeze, the tube splits. Probably worth using a small nail or something to try and clear the nozzle before squeezing the tube.So, missing parts, splitting tube and wrong colour. I won’t be buying again and ended up having to re-grout a whole floor instead of just patching up one tile.

As you can see from the photo this is a work in progress but I wanted to show the before and after in one photo, as you can clearly see where I have used this product. Very easy to use and I bought a scraper with metal blade to gently scrape off any residual excess with ease, also available on Amazon. I was only going to do the repairs at the start but now I’m doing the whole floor because I’m so pleased with the result it looks like new.

Very good product the only issue is loading the material with the tube as it does get blocked .

Product is defective and not fit for purpose, tube of grout burst at the rear seam as soon as I lightly squeezed it...... returning for refund as it is unusable

Easy to use, used it to repair kitchen flooring where there are cracks/gaps between vinyl tiles (floor was poorly fitted). Looks smart and seems to be wearing well so far (a week later). Previously tried caulking gun with similar type of filler but this was much easier to use for these small gaps and will be useful that the tube will be re useable as it is just a screw top.

This was an easier option for grouting tiles than the way I did years ago using a grout that you mix with water and applying with a float. This you just press against the grout line and squeeze the tube, then you take the enclosed grout spreading tool and run it over the just applied grout. Afterwards you rinse off the excess film left by using the enclosed sponge. The sponge did not hold up well...it started coming apart. However, I then used a sponge I already had. I would like to add it took some massaging of the tube before the grout came out easy. Seems the warmth from my hand helped. The grainy/sandy texture of this grout reminded me of what I used years ago. Too early to say how long this will hold up. Time will tell.

Me ayudó mucho después de varios intentos con la masa de juntas de toda la vida. Es de fácil aplicación y trae todo lo necesario para aplicar y retirar. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda

Helaas niet tevreden. Netjes aangebracht op met anoniak gerijnigde voegen. Slechte delen extra aandacht en dieper weggehaald. Keurig 24 uur gewacht. Mortel blijkt best poreus nadat het weer in aanmerking komt met water.

I ordered charcoal but get beige! That’s the downside.
