Nice product, high performance with 3 speed control, i like mostly about the warranty of 15 years on motor, good in cooling, less noise cooler

Water pump not working in less than year, though you have warranty, you need to pay 500 rupees as service charge to fix this and we need to follow up 100 times, still my issue is not fixed. Customer Service support is very poor.

I am using this since last month, colling good air range and quality of air is also good. Upper portion is beautiful where ice chamber is given by which u can get coolest air by putting ice cube in it.Size is perfect but I'm giving 4 * because of its vent. There is nothing provided to operate vent for up side down and also the front portion of vent is very sharp so there are chances of getting injury. You can apply cello tape for your comfort. No remote provided as they mentioned operation switches are given.Overall a nice product u can go for it if your budget is below 10k

Product is good but dont know why he send ACCESSORIES inside the cooler. Which is can't even out from there. We don't even know the use of accessories as well... 😔😞
