I originally saw this couch on Wayfair and was OBSESSED with it! I was told it was cheaper here (by $161 included taxes) and immediately cancelled my order on Wayfair and got it here. Same couch, same size, same quality and it's wonderful! I was worried about the size but after a bit of finagling it fit perfectly! Assembly took some patience. It's not hard at all as much of it came assembled, we just had to screw in wheels, the couch bottoms, and connect it all like a puzzle. The manual is a bit misleading with one of the smaller chaise couches, it's not included in my set, but it was in the manual so we were worried but it was fine over all. It does sit low to the ground which is actually better for me. The couch is firm but plushy. Great product! Go for it!

Couch came quickly, even sooner than the anticipated delivery date. We had it two days after we ordered it! Easy to put together, took my husband by himself less than an hour. Price is right and I love the storage and the pull out & up sofa bed features.

This couch is great, exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. The assembly took about an hour (definitely need at least 2 people). The cushions are bit firmer, but some people prefer that. I love the functionality of it especially if you have guests that stay over that can use the pull out bed.Also, customer service was amazing, they immediately reached out to me when the items shipped and were readily available for any questions that I had. A little unconventional having it shipped in multiple pieces, but it was fine. I was nervous about this purchase, but happy to say it came out perfect.

I did extensive research and read a lot of the reviews before purchasing. The order arrived in five separate boxes, each with its own tracking number; two arrived one day, and the remaining three came the next. Delivery took less than a week. My husband and I assembled it together in under an hour, and the process was straightforward. In one of the boxes there’s a booklet with thorough instructions. Once put together correctly, it felt incredibly secure. The seating is firm at first but becomes comfortable after breaking it in. Be sure to fluff the back cushions, and adding a few throw pillows will make it even cozier. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase; it’s a fantastic value and exactly what I was looking for in our smaller space.

It sits medium, not firm but not plush either. Feels a little firmer when laying down. Material kind of starts pilling like a towel when you use it after a while. That's my only con. It was easy to install and came in a bunch of boxes. Size is great for seating a family of 6 to 8 but small enough to fit in an apartment.

The couch is great. It’s very nice for large groups and good for lounging around with my wife. The only issue I’ve had which is why I give it a 4 star review is that the arm rests are NOT very sturdy. I’m not a very big person, but when I pushed myself up by the arm rests the plywood that they’re constructed of was crushed. You can’t see any visible damage because it’s covered by the upholstery but you can definitely feel it.I’ve attached photos of there the damage is and where it’s not.I would like to reach out for replacements.
