Craftsman CMXGZAMA30045 36-Inch Double Bagger Riding Mowers, Black

I treated myself buying this mower. I had a torn manikins and had been limping close to a year. We all know life does stop due to an injury. Highly recommend this yard machine!!

Purchased 5/3/25, partially installed and couldn't install the bagger boot/chute because the holes for the mounting rod were drilled off-center, making it impossible to put a washer and nut on the other side. Amazon support sent me to Craftsman Support, who sent me to MTD Products, who said their protocol is they only replace defective parts when purchased directly from them. So ordered a replacement from Amazon and scheduled return of first one. The replacement bagger assembly had the same exact issue with the same part! Had to contact Amazon by phone to set up return pickup of both items, and now I have no bagger for our new riding mower. And these are Made in USA!!! Photos attached for original and replacement showing drilled holes not centered on the depressions.

Delivered when it was suppose to be and in good condition.

If you can drive your mower at a slow crawl, then it kind of works. If you try to mow at an average speed, the tube will clog up in seconds; then it's at least 5 minutes to take the whole thing apart, knock the grass out with a long stick, pick it up and put it in the hoppers, and reassemble. When I crawled along, the hoppers filled in about a minute, then drive over to where I'm dumping them, reassemble, drive back to where I stopped mowing, and start where I left off, to empty then again in another minute. It takes about 3x the time using it than without because you have to drive ssooooo slow. After 3 uses, I got sick of the hassle and threw the whole thing up into the rafters in the garage.
