Exactly what I wanted
Just received these slabs. Great choice for hobbiest or beginning woodworker. The slabs are milled flat with no warp or twist. The pieces they selected are what I would look for with interesting grain patterns and color variations. One of them still had bark sufficiently attached that it could have been used with it. Overall, a great buy at the price.

Good for making boards for presents for people - they are dried as I wanted.
Ordered at least 4 times. Each time it has come out nice using this and epoxy boards.When I checked the moisture content (when received) they were 9 to 12 percent. Only one was 14% moisture. This is important when using with epoxy and finishing.I wish I could order other types of wood such as maple, cherry etc. The only ones I have ordered from this company is walnut.

Awesome stuff
Love the grain pattern. The wood is as described. The planks are little over 18" they are planned down to the thickness as described. A few holes here and there, that's expected. A little ca glue fills it right up. Other than a day late on the delivery, I will be buying again

Lovely pieces. Perfect for display or etching
Beautiful grain. I received three different widths of wood, but all the same thickness. Great for table displays or laser etching.

Excellent walnut wood slabs. Combined with epoxy to make charcuterie boards. Pricey though.

Beautiful material
This is very pretty wood for a special project. It is hard for me to find nice walnut where I live, although we have plenty of other woods. It sure is nice to have this lovely dark wood to add to a project. These pieces have some bark edges and really pretty grain. They are uniform, planed smooth, and dried without cracking or pithy spots. I am sure they will add a really special touch to a future wood project.This product came with a card giving good advice about surface finishing. The wood was wrapped and arrived in excellent condition. Measurements are within a 1/16 inch tolerance of the size given in the description.I’m delighted to have this walnut to work with and for anyone looking for nice slabs of walnut these are as described. They would make a nice gift.
