Bought as a gift for myself as I'm suffering from sore muscles from sitting at a desk all day. Was hoping this would provide relief. Getting it was fast. However opening it up it does run a little small. This would fit a teenager more sore than an adult. But it's nice feeling and soft.However, it does heat up quickly and I like the different levels of heat. While I don't use it as it's marketed as. It does work great when having cramps. I just wish it was a little bigger but all in all a great purchase.

Material is soft and durable. The functionality of the heat settings are great and easy to use. The size fits well over the neck and shoulders.

This was a Birthday gift, she simply loves it. Not only is it helping the pain, but it is light and comfortable to use. So happy I bought it for her. Perfect gift.

One of the best items I have bought!! This thing hits the spot! It’s weighted so the heat really penetrates. 6 levels of heat and the timer is in 30 min increments, which I think is pretty cool. It’s been difficult trying to get my standard heating pad to sit right on my neck and shoulder. Problem solved! I definitely recommend buying this if you understand neck and shoulder pain. Love love love!

The neck size was too big

I just had two discectomirs and c3-c7 fused and this was a blessing to have to heat up the muscles to get them to move. Also, We had two nights in the mid 40’s and it helps me fall asleep in gen I wore it. Love the fact it has a two our timer. It’s nice and soft. I would definitely recommend it.

I work at home and they keep the air running and freezing this keeps me sane. Easy to use, sift material, great heat distribution, multiple buttons on the collar for different sized necks, this is perfect for keeping you warm.

Just received. Worst product ever. Plug to pad falls out so can’t wear on neck. Thought it would still work out when lying down but has literally zero heat at the highest setting. And E1 error. So disappointing. Utter failure.
