Missing top handle part. Pipe is very sharp on top so it can harm hand while using.

Bad design and build quality
I don't know how it received such ratings. It's bad design making it useless.There is no lock if one wants to keep it staight.it bends sideways on its own even if wants to keep it staright. Due to this one can't put pressure on it if one wants to do but hard clean. Try to do some hard wipe and it bends sideways!The black button at the bottom, that is supposed supposed to join bottom wiper to rod, comes out on its own on trying to wipe.Overall bad design and also poor quality. Money wasted!
