Now that I've finished assembling all the pieces and set it up on my back porch, I'm blown away with how nice it looks and feels! But I cannot stress enough that it is a challenge to put together; mostly because the assembly instructions are sets of pictograms that really are not intuitive once assembly begins.Do yourself a favor when unboxing things - take the plastic wraps off, pull the cushions out (set them aside) and take some painters tape and clearly mark the furniture letters on each piece, get bowls for the screws and label them for easy identification and then tackle the project. Thread all the nuts/bolts loosely (light hand touch) on each piece until the piece is held together, THEN start tightening. The pieces need a certain amount of give in the assembly, but everything pulls together nicely when it's time to tighten the pieces.It's worth the effort, I promise you'll be thrilled with the results - it ALL looks great, feels rock solid, is comfortable and is one of the best values for your dollar in this class.

I spent several hours over several days reviewing patio furniture options and landed on this set. I will update my review after extended use but thought I would share my initial observations.The Good -Shipping - Blazing fast to me in the Northwest (from Atlanta) and arrived in in literally 4 days after the order was placed.Packaging - It ships in 4 boxes via Fedex and while several of the boxes had holes, tears etc, nothing was damaged or bent.Appearance - Exactly what was shown in the pictures. The colors matched and the set looks very nice and much more expensive than the modest price. The table is nice and although lightweight the glass gives it a very nice look and heft.Construction - The overall build of the furniture seems good and all the pieces fit together with only a few requiring realignment to match the screw holes. To simplify this we did not tighten anything down until all screws were in place and seated. A few extra screws and feet adjustable screws were included which was nice.Value - Overall very good. As I said the set looks very nice and although relatively light weight does not feel cheap.The Not-so goodSetup - The screws and instructions came in 7 or so individual small packets with no markings or indication of what was inside. The instructions were very basic but generally adequate to guide the setup. No directions just pictures. One of the instructions/bags was incorrect for what we ordered but there we more than enough screws and we were able to easily figure out the steps. Some very cheap tools are included but we used a ratchet/socket set (10mm) and Allen wrenches. Setup took about 3 hours for 2 of us.Cushions - The bottom cushions look nice but are a little hard. I am hoping they will soften with use. The couch is a little stiff to lay on. We purchased some separate throw pillows which helps. The backs are fine. Also, the footrest cushion appears to have no way to attach and easily gets bumped off or slides. We need to look into a way to keep it in place.ConclusionDespite several of the issues above, which I consider to be minor overall, we are very pleased with the set and I believe it represents a very good value for the price. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option.

We had been wanting deck furniture for so long and this is definitely everything we wanted!I love the color and it's a great size. My husband and I put it all together in a couple hours while we watched TV.The cushions are comfy and stay put. They are water resistant, not water proof. So they're okay for some rain but they definitely soak up after big down pours.There was a missing part in one of our boxes so we contacted customer support and they sent us a replacement right away.

Buying this product was a terrible decision in so many ways. Let me count them:1. This product arrived in 4 decently heavy boxes that had been damaged by the shipper. Boxes were broken apart and in terrible condition.2. Contents had either been damaged during shipping (my guess) or manufacturing as things just didnt align for assembly.3. Quality of this furniture is VERY LOW and is flimsy steel/aluminum. There were 100’s of screws, nuts and washers provided to assemble. 1 chair and ottoman took over 2 hours. Assembly is not for the weak of heart.4. The seller “Furnimy” was responsive with Amazon initiated correspondence but was slow and was reluctant to provide a refund.5. Seller provided return shipping address label ONLY! I had to pay for return shipping to a cost of $240.00. I have appealed to Amazon for this to be refunded but havent settled that yet.In summary - I absolutely would NOT buy this product or any other products similar in product line. There is no quality to this product and assembly puts Ikea products on a pedestal of engineering perfection!Additionally, third party sales with Amazon have become an absolute crap shoot. Any issues and you have to work through Amazon Customer Service (CS) which is problematic in its own right. Finding a way to speak with a CS rep is beyond painful. No CS numbers are published so you have to find the “request a call back” option. It will take you no less than 20 minutes to find this feature as their options on their web pages are more of an endless maze that takes you back to the last place you were - without a solution. And CA is outsourced, so dont expect to get a rep that doesn't have a thick accent. It took 4 calls with CS for me to get a representative that not only spoke english well enough that I could understand but was willing to assist me with the return of the product and an understanding of options through Amazon to recover my return shipping cost. Bottom line: you get what you pay for and be very careful with Amazon 3rd party sales!
