Just as one might infer from the description, it’s real blue, and real properly labeled all formal and such, with the recycling symbol on it so everyone knows what it’s for. It’s also quite tough and has survived many an item being hurled at or around it and stands up to being hucked in the back of a pickup. It’s a bin, it works like a bin, any further issue would likely be caused by operator error, or using it NOT as intended. Pretty good, sufficient for its purpose.

This tub replaces my old tub that was beat up and bulky. I love the size and sturdiness of this without being so heavy.

This was better than I'd hoped it would be. It's a good, big, solidly-made bin -- Rubbermaid is always good quality -- that holds a whole lot of recycling, probably more than I should allow to build up. It's comfortable to carry when I'm schlepping all that recycling out to the bins in the alley, and in the unlikely event that it gets dirty, a quick rinse puts it right. I'm actually sort of pleased that there are no drainage holes in these bins because they sit under a shelf on my sun porch, on carpet squares, and I couldn't use them if I thought they'd leak. YMMV on this one, but I honestly think that if you need holes, drilling them wouldn't be a huge problem.They're made from recycled materials, and made in the USA, so you can feel very good about using them. The more so because I think they're a bargain. I bought two because we separate out metal to give to scavengers. I may get at least one for the basement this summer. Love these things.

Well made, not flimsy plastic.

Size is perfect. Sturdy yet lightweight (it will be heavier once you fill with recyclable materials). Would definitely recommend it.
