My 2015 focus radio keepes blowing fuses 14 amp radio15 amp fuse hopefully the new radio uses less amps. And I like the look and apps. The bad is the hazard lights the plug is weak. That plug is hard to get out and when I tryed to get my plug out the hole the cover came off leaving the wires. Their long wires and I just plugged it in and it works but that part it not good. The rest of it the 5g and two 4g plugs and all the wiring harness and extra harness for what ever plugs you need. It took me some time to figer out how to get the back camera to work but it's a yellow male audio plug on the harness and a female yellow audio wire with (two small blue wire) plug that plugs in to the back of the radio. The back up camera works but their is a light and I mean a light flicker on the camer at first but over time it dosnt seem to be their. I seen on otheir radios like this one theirs a setting for the camera for diffren resolutions 750 p or 1000 or even lower the lower the pixels more flicker in the back up I was worryed at first because in setting I didn't see such a thing. It works it's fun to play with. The screen gets finger prints easy hopefully this radios glass cleaner proof. Cool new radio. I shared some Pic to help otheir decide

TLDR: KEEP SHOPPING OR START SAVINGI will return this and fork up the extra cash with Crutchfield.I replaced my horrible XTrons (Amazon junk as well) which started failing after about 8 months, though this screen is bigger and it looks nicer while off (more on this), it isn’t any better. The XTrons at least supports Steering Wheel Controls (SWC) out of the box. This DOES NOT! There is a learning function for the SWC, that also does absolutely nothing… I’ve spent a few hours on this, researching and troubleshooting to no avail.The sound is great so far, and overall construction is better than some. It does look nice in the dash aesthetically.The display is very poor quality! It's intended orientation is horizontal, but here its mounted vertically; this causes the display to appear completely blank while wearing polarized sunglasses. You can see this for yourself by rotating a polarized lens on front of a polarized display. The reason for this is a bit nerdy so I will say no more. Also, the touchscreen sensitivity and accuracy are both appalling (even after calibration), but who cases when you can't see what you're tapping at on a sunny day?Wiring is easy enough, but I’ve swapped plenty of head unit in the past. Installed in about 30 minutes, harness and pigtail adapters fit nicely. However the plug for the hazard and lock button array isn’t secured to the head unit causing them to work intermittently.All these things could just be bad luck, but I'm willing to bet its just a bad product like most Amazon finds these days.

Bought this for my girlfriends car...She absolutely loves it.GPS functions well, back up camera is awesome she says, and the simple install was great.

Easy installation, don't be scare by the amount of wiring, just follow the connectors shape, they only fit in one place. Great quality, fast screen response and performance, this is a great value for the money.Customer service helped me with the configuration, via e-mail, they are awesome and answered all my questions.

This unit was dead on arrival. I have an older version of this touch screen radio that is too old to update Android on which is why I bought this one. But it doesn't power on after install. I put the old one back in, powered up just fine. Also, the unit does NOT come with detailed instructions, no instructions at all on how to wire up the backup camera and in the description it says you have to contact them through Amazon for support or so they can send you instructions. The labeling on the wires is less than English friendly, as some are marked with English letters but no explanation of what they are for, like one says ILL, what the heck is that supposed to be hooked up to? The original wiring has nothing to connect to that. I'm sending this back and ordering a proper one from Crutchfield.

The instructions, Suck. Take your time plugs are keyed so it's hard to mess up. Not all of the cables are used so don't worry about all the cables. Very surprised how nice the radio is. No issues with unit. Get the unit with the most ram and on board memory. More is better. Fit and looks great.

For the cost, compared to getting a double DIN with the dash kit and Maestro for the steering wheel, you are saving hundreds of dollars, and this comes with everything.Setup instructions were not perfect but if you couldn't connect the dots with what was provided you probably shouldn't be installing your own stereo.Had a minor CAN box issue that the store owner answered same day and immediately fixed the issue.QLED is plenty enough bright for sunny days unlike alternate models.5/5 good deal.
