Difficulty to build probably a 7/10 wasn't easy but it worked out. Definitely needed help for multiple steps. Took my partner and I about 6 hours.

The shed was a good size for my needs. Assembly took about 6–8 hours with my dad. I added a plastic platform/pallet underneath to keep the shed elevated and prevent water pooling during the rain. The shed came in two boxes. You will need to drill holes in certain areas not pre-marked on the panels. The manual does mention how to do this, for example, "drill 4 holes evenly on this panel."

Took me about 4-5 hours to assemble with no extra help.. instructions are clear and easy to follow; hardest part was fitting the roof but figured out that if you bend the four lips that go inside and attach to each wall, it will be easier to put it in place.

I’m kind of disappointed. The prefab resin pieces of the base, the roof, and the sides are not very uniformly made. Many of the longer pieces don’t fit together well to form a water resistant seam. The two flooring pieces were so warped that there is a gap in the middle of the less than 5 foot width. I discovered last weekend that the roof seam leaked so badly that the inside was flooded after a half inch of rain. I sealed the roof with silicone but I’m not confident it won’t leak in other places.

Cheap plastic like cardboard! Don’t waste yr money, I think it will blow away on a windy day after hrs of putting it together. I thought it wooupd be Rubbermaid like plastic that would snap together but it is not at all!!! Wish I never bought it, u get what u pay for unfortunately!!!!!!!!

I would not call this a resin shed. It is very thin plastic. I hope it lasts the winter without falling apart. Also the directions are horrific. I went to their how to videos on you tube and no help. Big hint set it up without installing screws and then start putting the screws in. Next year I will buy a real resin shed. I just wanted a small shed near my house to put some gardening supplies to I didn’t have to keep walking all the way out to my barn and my well house was overloaded with tools and supplies.

Very classy looking and houses more storage than you expect. Highly recommend!

Take time to follow instructions and need to be careful with the installation.
