It’s all of the above except I’m unable to put all the hooks on due to only received enough screws for four hooks due to missing a pack of screws. Is there any way I could get another pack of screws so that I can add the other four hooks?

Purchased this to use as a coat rack near the door. We didn't receive hanging hardware and 5 of the coat hangers were missing. Per Amazon I contacted the manufacturer about the issues. They stated it was an Amazon issue. After going back and forth for a day, I sent the item back to Amazon and ordered another rack hoping it would have all the parts. (Hated to do this because the rack was in perfect condition and in so many other reviews the rack was dented/dinged or scratched). The following day the company agreed to send what was missing.When I received the new rack from Amazon all the pieces were present and in good condition. The coat rack was easy to hang and looks beautiful on the wall!A few weeks later we got the missing hanging hardware from the manufacturer but no coat hangers.So if you're brave enough to order, it's a good buy!

This coat rack will definitely hold your hats and coats and easy to install. I used a metal screw in wall mount and not the cheep plastic screw in co. sent. My wife can hang off it now, but not me.:)

This same brand is sold at Home Depot but my local store didn't carry the extra long size I wanted so I decided to order from Amazon. I was a bit hesitant to order because of other reviews indicating damage or missing parts. But mine arrived on time with no problems. I ordered three of these and filled a wall with them. They look nice and seem sturdy enough. Attachment of the hooks to the rail was very easy. Attachment of the rails to the wall was OK but the screws included were not long enough to extend through my thick dry wall and reach the studs underneath. I didn't want to rely on the drywall anchors as doing that would limit the weight that the racks would bear. I bought some screws of same diameter and same size flat heads that were 2.5 inches long and used those. If you use longer screws be sure the heads will fit into the pre-drilled holes on the rails. Exact size match is available. Overall I would recommend these. Good product!

It's exactly like it's pictured, but I was expecting the hooks to be a bit more robust. The way they are, I've got to be pretty careful how I hang stuff on it. It's strong enough to hold coats, but I worry about damage to the material. It was easy to install and has the hardware necessary to do so, but you need to be careful that it is level or you will kick yourself.

Had to go to my local hardware store to get missing screws for the hooks. Other than that I love the product.

Nice coat rack, just hope it arrives in one piece. The shipping box was paper thin so of course it busted through and half of the hardware was lost.

So far this has been the best purchase ever. Prior to this purchase in our new house our coat rack was the stairwell banister and it became so overwhelming with so many jackets and sweaters that my husband purchased this and installed it and now I can finally see my banister to my stairs and we can hang up so many jackets and coats and its VERY sturdy. This is definitely a GREAT purchase! This has so many hooks, its great for a BIG family!

I love it, whatever I saw was either too small or even longer ones didn't have as many hooks. This one is perfect. Very easy to put together.
