Original review below, alas its already broke.... should have known better with a cheap c hinese brand.I bought this as my last granny charger (3 pin mains plug to ev plug charger) didnt have a variable amp setting and was tripping my electrics.This has settings for 6/8/10/13 amps, so you can adjust the charge to your home.8 and 10 amps sadly trip my electrics, so ive been using 6ampsGranny chargers are notoriously slow in comparison to actual dedicated EV charging plugs. This is how it is universally with these type of chargers. they are all the same in that respectThis charger isnt that intuitive to use, but, I worked it out AND the video in the main set of images helps a little.The confusion ( for me at least) is the buttons dont press down, and to change a setting, you need to hold the “button” and then swipe up to cycle thru the different options. This isn’t clear from the supplied instructions or from looking at the unit.Length is good, and the unit seems to do the job, albiet slow AND on the slowest setting for my instance.It’s well priced and has the most fuctions you could ask for on this type of charger.I’m happy with it, and you might be happier now having read this and know how to use it better than i 1st did!
