This is a great sized bag for work. It’s not too big or bulky, and I can put my smaller purse in it to, alongside a 32oz water bottle, and all my accessories for work. It also securely zips, and has two other zip pockets, and others that snap. There is a divider for books or tablet. Rugged, yet stylish and I like the leather wrapped handles. They are comfortable on my shoulder. I’ll probably buy another one in a different color too. Nice bag! :)

Love the outside and inside pockets.

This bag is the perfect size. It's sturdy, roomy, cute, styled for everyday use, easy to carry. But it is not even close to purple. It is a pretty maroon burgundy color. I was hoping the description was correct and the photo color was not. Because of this and this only I did return the bag. I want purple.

The quality is outstanding. Strong seams/stitching, quality zippers, the canvas is thick and genuinely canvas, and the hardware/clasps/buttons are well made! You can't go wrong with this bag. I did use a purse organizer for inside, but that's only because I have to have things organized. But for the prices of this bag, an organizer was an easy choice. I highly recommend this bag!

I bought this bag for a summer filled with concerts and baseball games, and I am so happy I did. I hate bringing a nice purse to a show and have to put it on a floor that might be beer soaked by the end of the night. YUK. I saw this bag on Amazon and thought it could work well for my busy summer, and it did!!! LOVE the front pockets for my phone in one pocket and lipstick, compact in the other. The snaps on these pockets are magnetic & super easy to close, which I love. Inside is easy to fill up and keep ID or $$ safe in the inner zip pocket. I had a set of smaller binoculars inside, my camera, two packets of hand wipes, a bandana & a small pocketbook. I normally do not like cross body bags because I am of bigger stature and they can be too tight or look awkward. Not so with this bag!! Hangs perfectly and moves with ease. So comfortable to wear. Another point I should make is that when I’m in a bigger city I worry about my handbag getting lifted while I’m walking around town or bar hopping. This bag looks urban enough that it doesn’t stand out too much that a pickpocket or purse snatcher might be overly interested in it. (Even crossbody bags get snatched, ladies.) I used this bag all summer for my outdoor events, and for travel. Worked great for the plane with those EZ to snap front pockets for tickets, passport, itinerary. This satchel came with a storage bag which is great for tucking away when not in use. I washed this bag and let it air dry. It still looks great and did not shrink or discolor. Another positive- my husband can use it or hold it for me and it still looks cool. LOL

I was very happy with this bag originally. It seemed sturdy, yet light weight.The two front pockets with snaps and the back pocket with a zipper are great. I wish the inside didn't have a fabric separator; it sort of creates a pouch and it gets in the way at times when I put things in my bag. I can carry the bag using both handles hanging off my shoulder and I can get into the bag while it's still hanging on my shoulder (Meaning that I don't have the put the bag down to get into it, nor do I have to use the long strap to use the bag as a shoulder bag).The big negative with this bag is the inside lining. I used this bag for two months now (not even daily and no heavy items) and the fabric by the zipper of the inside pocket has completely torn. Other parts of the inside lining are also tearing. The inside is not sturdy enough. None of the tears seem fixable. It’s obvious that other entire seams are starting to come undone and won’t last much longer. If the inside was made as well as the outside, it’d be a great bag. Sadly, it is not.

I love the size of this bag, and my 13" MacBook Pro (no touch bar) fits into it. I do not love that the laptop/tablet sleeve is at the front of the bag instead of the back. My coworker pointed out that in this configuration, the bag will be more comfortable against my side or hip, but I find it difficult to get things in and out of it while I am wearing it. The laptop just fits into it, and because the laptop sleeve 'wall' is a bit flimsy, it sometimes take a bit of finagling. I'm sure with a smaller device, or the larger bag size, this would not be a problem. Otherwise, I can fit a notebook, my wallet, and 2-3 books in there as well. I love the two outer pockets, and the additional zippered pockets, one on the inside back and the other on the outside back. The keyring on the outer pocket is sort of useless to me, but it's cute. The bag is well made, the color is spot on (on my monitor anyway) and I love the gray color. Overall, the rating is for the quality of the bag and the information given in the listing - there were photos showing the laptop pocket configuration, I just didn't realize it would bug me so much. I decided to keep this bag because I love the color, the pockets, and the size. It's perfect for quick trips with my laptop, rather than toting my giant travel laptop bag (meant for a much bigger computer anyway) or a bag and purse. I considered exchanging it for the larger size, which within 2" on each dimension, but the size of this bag keeps it from being ungainly, or too heavy - as I do like to carry books. I would recommend it as an everyday bag.
