The idea/concept is cute. You are better off going to Walmart, CVS or a place that does custom photos. I purchased two frames and neither came with the lighted base. I reached out to the seller and they said i didnt have that option. I said, that is ludicrous. It clearly advertises a lighted photo frame and if a person was to purchase the lighted base separately then that should have been an option and IT WAS NOT. This is extremely worthless and disappointing. I am not back to square one on personalized gifts. Like seriously, what am I to do with a subpar base lighted photo frame and no base with the light. (I said subpar due to the overly glossed photo.) That makes absolutely NO sense. Unfortunately for me, I bought two, will never do again especially this vendor nor recommend to others. Wasted money, product going in the trash.

So the quality was alright considering the price, glass appears a little cloudy, but I'll try to clean it to see what happens. However, my biggest issue is the packaging. On the back of the box was picture of the item!! This was a gift for my husband for our anniversary, but unfortunately he now knows what it is due to the packaging
