Storage Cabinet for WALL-MOUNTED SINKS
The low reviews are due to people not reading the product description and purchasing this without measuring their sinks. If you have a pedestal sink, this is not for you. This is a storage cabinet specifically for wall-mounted sinks. I live in a pre-war apartment and my sink is very low (lower than sinks seen in recent builds).This cabinet sits under perfectly and I highly recommend this!! Building this was a breeze and can easily be done by one person within 20 minutes. Itâs not supposed to sit flush against the wall but rather the shutoff valve. Mine unfortunately doesnât sit flush against the valves since my landlord made the pipes longer than expected. If it bothered me, I could cut out the back particleboard to accommodate for the pipe but itâs not necessary. I wonât take a star off since this is an issue my landlord made and not a product issue. However, if you see in my other pictures, this wouldâve fit *perfectly*!!

Unless you prefer to kneel to brush your teeth, this not the sink for you. Picture is misleading; even with a sink on top, it is still shorter than my 1.6gpf toilet water tank. Going to have to buy some kind of double stack sideboard to put underneath.

This is storage to go BELOW A PEDESTAL SINK. It is not a sink cabinet where the sink sits on top of it. It is designed to go below a plain wall-mounted sink or a wall-mounted sink with a pedestal underneath.The bad reviews are from people who don't understand what the product is and also apparently don't bother checking the stated dimensions in the purchase information.This is perfect for its designed purpose: storage below a wall-mounted dorm sink (that's what my daughter is using it for). Look at the pictures in the listing before you buy it.
