Need an exchange, like it better then previous models but, the on/off button is not protected well, and when in your bag it turns on, because of this the motors are now damaged. Please exchange

Product is rubbish! Doesn't function correctly constantly sits off centre not level! Have tried firmware update and still same issue

Ordered this to start shooting some videos. Compared this to the karma and thought I'd go with the feiyu tech because it was splash proof. Made the wrong choice. My hero 5 always sits slanted when it balances out. Cannot get it to balance out at all. It always blinks and errors out on me and I have to take the battery out to reset it. I stopped using it cuz it just doesn't balance straight. Always update it but still no avail to have he camera straight.

Ciao a tutti, ho comprato il gimbal ormai da qualche mese e devo dire che mi sto trovando bene.Pacco: confezione molto bella e pulita, all'interno della scatola c'era tutto quel che veniva dichiarato in descrizione e nel complesso era tutto ok.Prodotto: le batterie erano già all'interno del prodotto come dicono molti, effettivamente al primo avvio non andava perchè erano palesemente scariche, bisognava lasciarlo sotto carica parecchio prima di poterlo usare ma per me nessun problema. Dopo qualche ora tutto funzionante.Il prodotto funzionava perfettamente e avendone già avuti altri di gimbal conosco bene il loro funzionamento.HO AVUTO PROBLEMI CON L'UPGRADE del firmware quindi occhio ad aggiornare il gimbal dall'App ufficiale, lo blocca e non sarà più funzionante. Bisogna aggiornarlo da un'altra App. In questo caso supporto cliente ZERO ma non dipende da amazon o il venditore ma dal produttore del gimbal.Sono riuscito a risolvere e l'ho usato in diverse occasioni. Sembrerebbe tutto ok, ogni tanto qualche cavolata ma con questo genere di prodotto è sempre così a quanto mi è dato a vedere. Le batterie durano molto e i filmati sono molto molto stabili.Unica pecca è il suono che potrebbe registrare la gopro, ma con piccoli accorgimenti si riesce ad attenuare anche questo.Consigliato per chi ha un pò di manualità, è migliore del gimbal ufficiale Gopro ma leggermente più delicato.

Leider, leider gebe ich diesen Gimbal zurück - die Verarbeitung ist tiptop, die Möglichkeit, die Kamera gleich über den angebl. langlebigen Akku mitzuversorgen ist toll, man kann diesen auch nur über USB laden und braucht kein Extraladegerät. Aber: egal ob ich meine GoPro 5 mit der Linseneinheit nach innen oder aussen montiert habe - die Kamera stand NIE in der Waage, hing immer auf der Kameraseite nach unten und das auch sehr deutlich. Dieses Manko haben ja auch andere user hier schon beschrieben. Habe es auch mit einer Hero 3 Black Edition ausprobiert - das gleiche Disaster - ein eigenes Ausgleichsgewicht anzubringen traue ich mich nicht, weil ich nicht weiß, ob die Motoren nicht darunter leiden. Wirklich schade, denn der Gimbal liegt super in der Hand und ist sehr wertig gebaut. Tja, muss ich einen anderen ausprobieren... aber welchen?

This was horrible. It is heavy and loud. I returned and bought the Karma Stick. I should have bought that in the first place. I was thinking I wanted it for its waterproof-ness. I actually never use the Karma near water, so that is a mute point. The Kama is smooth and easy, this is is not and the attachement sucks too. I would not buy.

Il gimbal non permette l insonorizzazione del suono fa dei rumori terribili penso siano i pesi che controbilanciano e i vari motorini che vibrano. Restituisco se vengo rimborsato del tutto
