Wow , what a difference to my condition , almost instant pain relief . I’ve been suffering for a year following Challectomy operation on left foot . Its sturdy, but light and if i was being really picky i'd prefer it to be slighly longer, but I'm very happy with it. This shape is ideal for my plantar fasciitis and unlike the spiky balls, it's less likely to roll right away from you. Easy to clean.

Great product, super useful for food massage

Solidly Built, I have restless legs and crazy feet pain from neuropathy I am finding this reduces tension in my foot muscles and keeps my leg busy without me tapping with my legs. My feet and knees are happy :)

I've used many types of foot rollers and this is the best design and it keeps each foot in place whilst using it. It gently stimulates the pressure points for health and wellness and massages the muscles and good to assist circulation. Would be excellent present for anyone. I recommend this product 👍
