In January this year I was diagnosed with a rare disease called Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) or another name is the Devic's disease which mirrors MS but it's much worse. There is no cure for it and it leave my extremities in flamed all the time so finding the ice packs on Amazon was a blessing. I also purchased the ice packs for your shins as well because Help to cool my legs down when I am unable to walk. So thank I just have to remember to wear socks when I use them because the neuropathy, and heat in my feet caused by this disease I just want put them on but I believe that I can get Frost nip or frost bite.

The product works as described, definitely helped me relieve some shin splint pain. Also, very good customer service they sent me an email with shin stretches and some treatments on how to relieve shin splints. 10/10 product and customer service.

Used these on my shins after runs and on days off.Good size, covered all of my shin, comfortable material. It was nice to have Velcro straps but they were too long- they probably wouldn’t even be tight on someone with the worlds largest calves, but not a big deal because I just had to double wrap them around my leg or tie them.Doesn’t take long to freeze but also doesn’t stay ice cold for much more than 15 minutes, but that’s not much of a problem if you go for the classic routine of 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. It was nice to have two so I could use one while the other was in the freezer and then switch.Not very durable. After a couple days as I was taking one off, the Velcro snagged and then the ice pack ripped right in half and the gel leaked all over so now I’m down to one. Still, not a bad deal because it was cheap. I could buy another set and have three ice packs to rotate around and still pay less than any other single ice pack.

Good area coverage and easily used for concepts for dealing with discomfort. The Velcro straps are too long to allow for a snug fit. I recommend that you widen them and add additional Velcro along entire strap to allow for greater ability to tighten down on leg.

These were exactly what I was looking for. As an athlete who gets shin splints all the time, these are perfect for when I need to ice but do not have time to sit down with some ice packs. Would totally buy these again.

Perfect for the pitcher who is dealing with shin splints. It was very helpful and having two allowed the other to be ready while the other was being used.

I bought this product despite reading someone else’s review that the product broke and the beads spilled out everywhere. I would be more careful with mine, I thought.Less than six weeks after I received this product, it broke open and little orange beads went everywhere. I did not subject this product to undue stress. I was very careful with this product precisely because I had read a review so I knew this might be an issue. It wasn’t even fastened to my leg when it broke. I had just taken it off and set it on the soft surface of my recliner and I literally just happened to be looking at it when all of the sudden, little orange balls just started rolling out of the casing. It didn’t come into contact with anything sharp or any pressure. Nothing.I can’t recommend this product. It’s a great idea but it seems like quality of execution is really lacking.

I would have given a 5 star rating given that they helped my shin pain, however after less than two weeks of use, one of the packs broke open under my desk. Very disappointed.

I have only used it cold and I have been using it to ice down shin splints. The pack fits my shin really well and I can walk with on if I have to. As advertised, it retains its temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes after freezing it for about 2 hours.

Exactly what you’d expect. I use them daily, they stay in place on my shins while I go about my day around the house. They take about 2 hours to fully freeze and stay cold for about 20 minutes. I really enjoy this product and it’s a great price, might even buy a second pair
