I bought these based on the good reviews albeit they are quite pricey. I have been taking this for just over a week to try and help with my toilet movements and to reduce bloating. I really don't know if they are working, they definitely give me wind (quite badly) but don't help regulate me. They are definitely not a laxative which is a good thing. I take with my dinner every night as instructed so perhaps the more I take them the more effective they will be.

Started on the aloe Vera colon formula but I'm convinced that stopped working after a while so switched to this, skins a lot better since the switch and the detox effect has been eye opening, cheap too

Decided to go try these after recent issues and they definitely work but in a gentle way, they are not going to have you rushing for the toilet ! Let’s just say the passage of movement is easier.Simple to take, easy to swallow, tasteless, good value pack of 90 tablets but only need 1 daily, and the fact they are allowing good bacteria back into your system 10/10

Uses this for 1 week and no extra movement so it does not work. To Cleanse. Try something else.

I have been feeling some in balance with eating and digestion etc and thought I would give these a try as the reviews looked encouraging so can't say yet after one pill but never know until you try
