Amazing!
I received 1 box quickly. 2 came a few days later. The last one didn’t show up for over a week, but it did finally show up.The gazebo is simply amazing! Incredibly good quality. We absolutely love it!It was hard to assemble, but not harder than expected. The directions were good and the pieces fit well. It took my wife and I a total of about 8 hours. The woods is not solid, it’s strips of wood that are glued together. I was disappointed by this at first, but once installed you cannot tell at all. It’s very nicely sanded and looks great.Overall we’re very happy with the purchase and I would highly recommend this gazebo!

5 Stars for this gazebo!
After extensive research, we decided to purchase this gazebo to replace our existing soft top. We read all the reviews about the company, their customer service and product quality and felt it would be a good fit for us. We could not be happier. This gazebo far exceeded our expectations. The product quality and elegant design is amazing. We were surprised at how well made it was and how reinforced all the sections were. The company was wonderful to purchase from and all the parts were in the packaging. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The company even reached out after our purchase to make sure we were happy with everything. It is labor intensive to install and you will need at least 2 people, but the directions are easy to follow and the end result is worth it. We receive so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Very happy we purchased this gazebo and would recommend it to anyone looking for one.

Emilia at Domi 12 x 16 Gazebo is great!!
This one has gutter system, is well packaged, arrived without damage, is very sturdy, looks great, and was supported by Domi Customer Service - Emilia from initial questions prior to order, shipping/transport, questions upon receipt, followup on minimal missing parts, and general questions. Excellent customer support!! Curtains are substantial and waterproof. Many thanks to Emilia for her attention to detail, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable assistance during entire process. Fed Ex shipping not the best, but Emilia kept us appraised each step of the way.

Great product!
This gazebo is beautiful and sturdy. We got the 12x16 and it fits great. It came in 6 boxes. The instructions were clear until we got to the roof parts, then it became muddled and the pictures didn’t help much. We ended up figuring it out, but could’ve used better instructions. You will need multiple people and ladders to complete the roof.

Engineered for Strenth and Long term Durablility
I am writing down my thoughts as I am assembling the 12X20 Domi Gazebo. First let me say that I am a retired auto worker who comes from the trades background. So perhaps I am a little more adept doing my own assembling. My first thought is to suggest anyone who tackles this project should consider having a power drill driver or the like. You will need a 4mm and 6mm hex apex for your drill. Using the tools that were included with the kit will add hours to the assembly process and I would not recommend using these tools for assembly. The prepping of the main beams in the initial steps can easily be done by one person but it is going to take some time to add all the brackets that they supply for the beams and posts. The instructions were not as clear cut as I would have liked and it took me some time to figure it all out. So far considering the country of origin, the quality control seems to be good. All holes have lined up for starting threaded screws (but if I were at the hardware store, I would think about buying a 6mm starter tap just to have on hand in case you encounter a bad thread. There are literally dozens and dozens of these 6mm screws to attach all the brackets and bars required for this assembly.Caution re #2 screws: Different size screws are designated with different numbers beginning with #1 and they are shipped mounted on a plastic blister pack. There are many #1 screws and only 28 #2 screws and they are included with on the pack with the #1 screws. Watch carefully for this as I didn't see the designated #2 and dumped them into the bin with all the #1 screws. So now for where I need the #2 screws, I will need to go out and purchase more screws which are 6mm x 20mm to replace the ones I have inadvertently already used.My one complaint that I have is regarding the supplied screws. I wish that they had been supplied with a little more lead (taper) at the starting end which would have made them much easier for starting in the threaded holes. There are many many screws to run in.So far I have completed everything up to the point where I'm ready to lift the posts and cross beams off the ground and get it all standing up on it's 6 legs. This is where I will need at least two or three other people to help me out here. With my wife & son we were able to lift the side beams to standing position. While my wife balanced each side assembly, my son held the end beam in place while I ran the #2 screws in to connect the assembly at the corners. Two 45Degree supports were added at each corner. At this point I would suggest that the assembler square up the structure by measuring between the posts diagonally (corner to corner). The two measurements should read within a half inch of each other. This will help when you go to install all the roof support brackets and roof panels. My wife and I were able to get the main roof supports up without the help of my son here. Attach the four N1 supports to the K header before lifting. With the help of a 7 foot step ladder, I was able to hold the assembly up in the air while my wife connected the lower ends to the side beams. Once the four N1 roof supports are secured in place, you can easily add the rest of the supports (N, N2 & M) one at a time. I would install the four M corner supports last as they are the longest and heaviest. This is where squaring your structure will pay off for making the anchor holes to line up more consistantly.I have completed the project now. The only major time consuming problem that we encountered was making the plastic tabs stay in place during installation. These were the Z series parts. After they fell off so many times I finally used silicone adhesive to glue them in place. (a very poor design) (An alternative might have been to use simple masking tape to hold the clips in place for installation. Once the roof panel was in, the tape would not be visible) After that the rest of the roof assembly went quickly.I spent about a week working on the assembly but I certainly did not spend 8 hour days at this. (Remember, I'm a retiree) I thought that the quality control on hole placements was excellent. Most all holes lined up or were close enough. Most other reviews mentioned not to tighten roof supports or frame until you have completed the entire roof assembly. I think that that is very good advice as sometimes a little extra movement was needed to line up the holes. The build quality of this gazebo impresses me as does the finish on all the parts. Well engineered for strength and long term durability. Great investment for the house.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
We could not be happier with this purchase! It is BEAUTIFUL, functional, well-made, etc. It seriously has been a game changer for us -- we have spent so much time as a family enjoying our backyard because of it.CONS: Assembling it was not fun -- we read all the reviews, lined up people to help, etc. And STILL we had to look up some Youtube videos because the instructions were either not clear or a few steps were a little off. If we hadn't watched a guy telling us to tape parts of the roof in place while we were assembling it, we would STILL be putting this together. You have to be REALLY patient and keep the end goal in mind.PROS: Our pergola came with a damaged post. We contacted the company and they were so helpful and willing to make things right. A big plus for us! They expedited another shipment so we could build our pergola when we had scheduled help. Really happy with their customer service. Also, the hardware is great, the zippers are seamless, and the overall pergola is just about perfect. This was a big purchase for us and we did a lot of research -- so incredibly happy we went with this one!

Excellent quality!
Firstly, the boxes arrived two weeks before the approximate date of delivery. Everything was perfect. It took me 3 hours to empty the boxes and organize the parts. And then the next day, it took my brother and me 7 hours to put it up! The instruction manual is well done - instructions are clear and easy to follow. The only glitch we encountered was that the small rubber pieces that needed to be put on the roof metal, seemed to slip out of place constantly. So, we simply used a hot glue gun and glued them into place and voilà-problem solved. It’s an absolute beautiful product and I recommend it to anyone looking for something similar.

Fantastic product
I do give this product 5 starts even with a hiccup in the shipping. I am not sure if it was my misunderstanding or a weird way the product is being shipped but I originally got 4 of the 5 boxes this product comes in. I got the boxes on a Friday and was ready to build it on that same weekend. Has I said before only when I started unpacking the boxes I realized that I only had 4 of the 5. Once I contacted the seller I was told the missing box was shipped at the same time as the other boxes but the courier company only delivered the 4 and the last one will come the following week. The box did come and the company refunded me some money for the trouble. As for the product it came completed with perfect instructions and all the parts as well as extra bolts. It took me and my brother( you need at least 2 people) about 6 hours to build it from start to finish with a little break in between. Both of us had our own equipment (drillers) which helps though you get everything you need in the box. I highly recommend watching a few video's on You Tube on how to build a gazebo which helped a lot if your not in the building industry. There are a few good ones that give you great tips which are highly important when building the gazebo. If you are looking for a great, sturdy gazebo that is reasonably priced I highly recommend this one and the seller as well.

Beautiful gazebo
The instructions were easy enough to follow. Top section of the roof was not explained properly but the guys figured it out. The plastic clips for the roof sections were a pain and fell out of place a lot. Overall happy with this purchase. We live in Moncton NB. The real test will be the winters we can get. Update 2 weeks after being installed the zipper came off of one of the curtains. I’m guessing the same will happen to the rest and probably the screens. I’ve contacted the seller. Hopefully they will replace them all.

High quality product, well designed.
Liked the instructions, were well ordered, clearly identifies steps; however, you still need to take time to fully understand. What would be nice to have is a video step by step to coincide with the manual steps. You need at least two people, three would be better to put it together.Labelling of parts were perfect but would highly recommend to be very organized with all the parts, screws, etc. As a first step along with the checklist in the manual, take every part out, unwrap and place in alphabetical order according to labelling and undo all the screws (unwrap) and put each type into a bucket labelled, saved a lot of time.Took two hours of prep time and then 10 hours to fully assemble (with screens & curtains) with 2 people. What is particularly nice with this gazebo is the gutter system. All the water drains down the poles, no dripping anywhere else off the roof.Very happy with this product.

Very sturdy and is surviving high winds well
We purchased this for a seasonal trailer site at the south end of Lake Manitoba which can experience winds up to 40 to 50 k on a regular basis. So far, so good! We anchored the legs to concrete footings, and built a cedar planked floor for it. We're loving it, and the curtains and screens are easy to tie up on windy days or when we head back into town. And last week, as we packed up for the season we had no trouble taking of the screens and curtains to store in our garage for the winter. It took 2 days (and two people) to assemble the gazebo which was what I had expected. The directions were excellent and easy to follow, although there were a lot of steps involved! It would be good to have at least one very handy person as part of the construction team. I have already recommended it to a friend for their yard.
