The ability to have red light therapy at home as an all over body treatment is amazing - my husband and I suffer from various muscle injuries and being able to do this in the convenience of our home when pain flares up or just as a preventative treatment is such an affordable luxury.Very easy to set up as its a 'pop up' style tent which is fully enclosed so no steam etc will spill out onto your floor and it even comes with a seat. The tent itself is light-weigh and has a reflective lining on the inside as well as some 'windows' so that you can see out etc.To set up the actual 'treatment' you simply select your desired temp from the hand held control panel which will activate the red light and use in conjunction with the included heated foot panel it get very hot very quickly which is both relaxing and also soothing to muscles aches, pain etc. and I have also noticed detox benefits for my skin.Packs up easily and fits comfortably under our bed so easy to store when not in use and could easily be transported if needed too.

I was highly skeptical for this working because I'm only used to the traditional style of saunas that have steam. I bought this because I researched the benefits of red light therapy and this thing actually does make a difference. I started using this sauna after I would work out and noticed that I wouldn't feel as fatigued and sore afterwards. I added nothing new except for this sauna. The chair that this comes with is slightly uncomfortable but I found that placing a folded towel on it and that seems to do the job. When I first set this up, I turned it on and stuck this thermostat inside of it and surprisingly, this thing can get really warm. I normally don't have it on this high, but it can really make me sweat. What I really love about this is when I need to take it down, I can or I can easily move it to another area of my house. The only problem I have is that when I want to put it away, it didn't come with a tote to store it in.
