Best Starter Tarot Cards
These are great starter tarot cards for beginners. They offer a understanding of what each card means along with the zodiac signs associated with each. I also love how they indicate if they card is a yes or no answer as well.

A great value for anyone beginning to explore Tarot
The cards are readable and helpful for the tarot beginner, and they are fairly easy to shuffle. They are stiff, not flimsy. The coloration of the backing is slightly different on the top and the bottom, so if you have shuffled the deck to have reversals, you can figure out which ones are reversed by looking at the back of the card. They come wrapped in cellophane. The instruction booklet is the same size as the cards, and the type is very small, so keep that in mind if small type is difficult for you. But, really, everything you need is on the cards themselves. Anyone who is serious about “doing” tarot knows that the meanings you learn at first are very simple and broad and that you should move beyond them to a more intuitive sense of the cards and their symbolism as you become more familiar with each one’s “vibe.” The Rider-Waite (RW) tarot, I think, is the very best deck for anyone to start with, whether you’re interested in the entertainment-oriented “fortune-telling” (divination) aspects or in tarot’s more serious use as a tool for transformation. For many, it’s the only deck they will ever work with, and the symbolism of the RW deck is extremely rich and satisfying.

As described , I recommend
I bought these for my daughter who is still learning. They seem to be of good quality and definitely helps with meanings for beginners. I think they are effective and you don’t have to keep opening your books. I don’t have them on my person. She has them at the dorm but I did see them and she has told me she likes them . Good value. Gift them to someone

Good for the value
These are good beginner cards I believe. Though I'm a beginner so I could be wrong! I have looked up the details on the cards yet for if they are accurate or not. Right now I'm just using them to get a feel for how they feel. I'm still new and only mildly believe in woo-woo stuff.

Starter deck with lots of errors/omissions in the details.
As an experienced tarot reader, I got this deck basically for flash cards as I memorize the astrological associations of the cards. The upright-and-reversed keywords are fine for a beginner. Note that the printed astrology signs have many errors and omissions, but it's a start.I like: lots of room for me to write in the astrological corrections and additions. I will also be adding decan attributions to the minor arcana, and kabbalistic Tree of Life notations for all cards. It comes with a little pamphlet of the upright-reversed meanings - which, I'll point out, ARE ALREADY PRINTED ON THE CARDS. There is no explanation at all of the astrology or chakra signs - make of them what you will.
