The seller is very considerate by adding a mat and lubricate to the package. Overall, highly recommended!

I can say that this stepper is great for home workouts. I like that it’s height can be adjusted. Great idea to attach resistance bands allowing to make a full body workout It's not noisy, has a display to track the progress. It was pleasant to find a mat in the package, which saves the floor from scratching. This stepper helps me to stay energetic during the day as I work from home and use it during my work brakes. I've never tried this before, but this steppers for exercise has completely transformed my fitness routine! After using it for a few weeks, I’m thrilled with the results.Firstly, the design is outstanding. This stepper is compact and lightweight, perfect for small room spaces. It’s easy to move and store, which is a big plus. The built-in resistance bands add an extra challenge to my workouts, allowing me to target my arms and upper body while stepping.In terms of workouts, this stepper offers an incredible cardio and lower body experience. The stepping motion is smooth and natural, and I can really feel the burn in my legs. It’s a fantastic way to get my heart rate up and burn calories without leaving home.

Days 1 thru 3 went smooth. Day four the noise and squeaking started. I applied the oil it came with and it did not fix the issue. Also, half way thru my day four workout, the resistant wire within the stepper broke loose and popped off, sending the washers and bolts everywhere. Do not recommend this stepper. You get what you pay for.

I only paid $35 for the stepper, so I wasn’t expecting much. But I’ve been really happy with it so far and I’m glad I went with this over an expensive one; this has an excellent value for the price. It’s lightweight and easy to move around. It was easy to unpack and no assembly required. It has the expected performance and has been quiet. We haven’t had any of the noise issues others have mentioned in their reviews. The whole family has been using it and it continues to work like new. I still like my bike and elliptical, but this has been a fun little gadget that has given me more cardio variety in my home gym.Things to be aware of:1. The exercise bands are garbage. They are completely unsafe quality and I would not use them. But I didn’t buy this for exercise bands so I didn’t care about that.2. If you are clumsy, this alone might not be the exercise device for you. There is nothing to hold onto and the stride is a little weird to get used to when you’ve never used one of these devices before. It feels like an under desk elliptical had a baby with a stair stepper.Overall, I highly recommend this stepper. Maybe we were really lucky with the one we received, but for $35, I don’t think you can go wrong with it.
