I began putting this together and on the very 1st step, unknowingly, I had one of the pieces backwards and the holes didn't line up. After several attempts, I messaged Tao and was very surprised from the very quick response. In the text they took full responsibility for any defects and their questions to me showed they were concerned about the issue."We take full responsibility for any product quality issues, so please be rest assured that we will take up your issue and will not hold you responsible for any loss."They asked if there were any other issues with the bed and I said, "I don't know because I didn't get past the 1st step." They politely ask me "would you check on the other parts of this bed frame? We would like to solve problems together."I went back to continue the process and noticed how I had them placed on the wall that I may have had it backwards. I started over and everything lined up and the assembly went smooth according to the instructions.This bed is just as nice in person as it is online. Not only does it look great, but it feels good and it's a very solid bed. I was really impressed with the details of how they had bolts in places to really make this very, very sturdy. I am really impressed, not only with the product, but with Tao which is an upstanding company.

Bed came days early and was exactly what I expected. I put it together myself it took around 2.5 hours. No tools were needed all the pieces were lettered and the directions were easy to understand. Bed is also very sturdy. I have a mattress and no box spring it looks nice.

So I was kind of skeptical about getting this based off reviews. So here goes, Yes it is worth the money! It's a beautiful bed not to mention sturdy. My bf put it together with ease in less than an hr. I have a 14 inch memory foam mattress on it and the height seems to be perfect. No I'm not using a box spring. It has a very soft velvet feel. I really can't say enough about it other than it's definitely one of my better purchases off amazon.

I just moved into my place don’t pay attention to the background**I love the bed frame! I love the color! It was easy to assemble and overall worth the price! My only dislike is that the foot board is so low with my box spring being added. Without the box spring i felt too low but i will recommend to others!

I really think this is a lovely bed!!! Very sturdy despite how it may appear when it arrives in the box. I used a box Spring with my bed so it rises above the footboard. It has lots of "wow factor! " very soft material. Highly recommend! Only wish headboard was higher.

I've had this bed for about a week and it seems very sturdy so far. It is rather high with both the mattress and box spring on it but hey, it keeps me flexible when I have to crawl into bed at night.This came via FedEx and is in one box, which was very well packaged. It's definitely not a light box so we carried everything from the living room to the bedroom. You would otherwise need a dolly or just drag it if you can.I would recommend 2 people to put it together. Also, do not fully tighten bolts until you're completely finished with a section, as suggested.One part was a little tricky because of directions but we figured it out after a few minutes.The bed came with everything needed. I did eventually put each type of bolt in separate bowls and lined them up by size as the paper blister package was flimsy and bolts kept getting mixed together.I did freak out for a moment when the bed arrived because there were little pellets all over the headboard but it was a burst bag of clay dessicant. Also, since I know I'm allergic to bed bugs (I was exposed to them in a hotel years ago), I would say that after a week, this bed does not have bed bugs in it, as some other headboards seem to have based on reviews.If there are any changes in my thoughts on the bed, I will edit, but for now I would definitely recommend it.

Out of all the bed frames I’ve purchased, this is by far my favorite and has to be the best. The color is beautiful, and the velvet is amazing quality. The velvet doesn’t collect dust at all, the color hasn’t changed either. I had this bed frame for at least one month and it’s still amazing. It is also very sturdy! I love that it combines metal and wood slats together. The only problem I had was with the last step in the assembly. Step 14 was very frustrating as the wooden slats kept getting tangled! I was scared and thought I would have to contact the seller; thankfully, I was able to untangle them it took me at least 30 minutes to figure out how! That's why I chose to give this set 4 stars due to the ending assembly steps.
