Bio availability, excellent. Please consumer
Very happy with the quality of this product. Dissolves easily and quickly in liquid.I had major surgery last year. after anesthesia people always have trouble with constipation, and getting their digestive system back on track. I took a dose of magnesium citrate the morning before surgery, and the last drink I was allowed before surgery before surgery. After surgery, they have a tendency of not releasing patients until after their first BM. My doctor was surprised when she came in and found I had already done so with the witness of the nurse.

It works!
I ordered this product because I have a hard time sleeping and previously relied on wine to help me fall asleep. I considered the more expensive options, but the servings per container were so low I knew I would be spending a fortune. I found this one and decided to give it a try. 2 lbs might now seem like a lot, but the scoop is so tiny that you don't use much! To give you perspective, a pea would sit in the scoop, but not much else. Surprisingly small! I really like the raspberry lemon flavor, but I can tell there are artificial sweeteners in it which I am not a big fan of. This definitely does make you relaxed, but not buzzed. It is exactly what I was hoping. I will be buying this again.... although with as much as is in this package vs. the amount you use per glass... it will be quite awhile before I need more.

2 pounds of magnesium will go a long way. Use this sparingly and your body should respond in optimum fashion. They say most of us are mineral deficient and many forms of magnesium can be unpleasant gastrointestinal wise. Bathroom visits can be more frequent. Not so with MiracleMag. It’s very micro milled and dissolves well. It’s taste is a strong sweetness so again, a little at a time. I am a 62 year old man in exceptional health and this supplement gives my body a better chance at recovery from work or sport overload. You should sleep better as it’s more a nighttime tonic than a morning wake up but I have taken it throughout the day. No side effects for me. This is far better than the liquid drops that taste like salt water I used to take.

WARNING: Micro Ingredients Magnesium Citrate
Don't know what is in this "Micro Ingredients" package, but it IS NOT MAGNESIUM CITRATE. Magnesium Citrate is easily recognizable by its tart taste. Whatever this is, is so bad it might as well be diatomaceous earth, ugh!I used to purchase NOW brand MagCitrate, but this same adulteration, or deceptive substitution, problem affects that brand too. (Reviews for NOW brand reflect same complaints.)I haven't been able to find any genuine MagCitrate in more than two years now. I wonder if I could order products from UK or Canada via their Amazon websites. . . ? In my opinion UK and European healthcare supplements are safer because of their quality controls and standardized regulations. UK/Europeans have, fundamentally, a more enlightened attitude about alternative healthcare. (That and their healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical is not determined by profit over quality of care as in th U.S.)Reviews remarking and warning about "Micro Ingredients'" MagCitrate go back to at least early 2018, which means the company cannot be ignorant of selling an impure product. I took a chance (out of desperation), and am sorry I did.The fact that this company is selling at least one adulterated, substitute, or nongenuine health supplement now has me worried about their other supplements on which I've just spent a good deal of my money. A financial loss I can ill afford. Please bear in mind everyone that there are few to no legal protections regulating our healthcare supplement industry, not even labels (even on any food product) have to tell you the truth. The ONLY recourse anyone has is to have a product tested by a qualified certified independent lab, and then file a lawsuit for compensation. (A complaint to a federal agency will get you little to nothing in terms of traction. A detrimental impact of deregulation.) Aside from the insane amount of money and time a lawsuit consumes, our court system is so corrupted you're more likely to see pigs fly, than to survive that quagmire. So, good luck with that. Our bottom line? Do your research, use reputable organizations (like NIH), and study before you buy or consume. FDA's Medication Health Fraud Page is a source for recalled products or warnings; as tedious and un-user-friendly as it is, it is a limited help. (Just be ready to chew nails when you use it.)If you can afford the subscription (or go in with a few friends to split the cost) join an affiliation with companies or organizations like ConsumerLab which does independent pharmaceutical analyses on supplements. It may not get you all the info you need, but it could very well help you make more informed choices on brands you buy and need to trust. These supplement businesses are under no obligation, nor do they have any legal moral or ethical obligations, to do the right thing, let alone protect their customers. The ONLY thing we are to them is a pocket $$$. So try your best to protect yourself.Good Luck Everyone.
