Any people had this long term? If so, does it still work?

I've purchased two of them. The first was in August 2021 and the second in April 2022. Both still work so far! I've never used the heat setting, so I can't speak to that, but the cold feature is still working fine.

What’s the temperature range?

It cooled properly at first but not cold enough after a few months. Disappointing.

can it be put in a cabinet?

NO! The label on the back says it should not be mounted anywhere. It's a safety, ventilation and fire hazard.

Does it put out a lot of heat? Looking to put it in a small salon suite and i dont want it to make the room warmer.

Didn't through a lot of heat really (it's small) HOWEVER after about a year we noticed an odd plastic/chemical burning smell in my son's room, narrowed it down to that fridge - turned out that the plug in the back was melting from the inside out - we found black burn stains on his bureau and next to wall - we fear that if we had not discovered that there would have been a fire... in his room nonetheless! Nope - never again - not worth the "cuteness" of it.
