Outstanding Controller for PC and Steam Deck Great Value!
I’ve been using the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Black Myth: Wukong edition controller with both my Windows PC and Steam Deck, and it’s been absolutely fantastic. Right out of the box, it connected effortlessly and has performed flawlessly across a wide range of games. The Hall Effect joysticks and triggers feel smooth and precise, and I really appreciate the wear-resistant metal joystick rings which is a nice touch for long-term durability. The extra L4/R4 bumpers are a great addition, and I love that you can remap them without needing to install extra software. The turbo function is also a nice bonus for certain games. The D-pad and refined bumpers are light but have a satisfying tactile feel, perfect for both action and platformer games. On top of that, the 1000Hz polling rate ensures quick and responsive input with zero lag.The special edition Black Myth: Wukong design looks sharp and feels premium in hand. For the price, this controller offers tremendous value with great performance, smart features, and solid build quality. Highly recommended for gamers on both PC and Steam Deck!

Solid but basic controller.
This is a very nice controller for the price. You do give up the dock and Nintendo Switch compatibility of some of the more expensive versions, but for a gaming PC, it's a great option. After several hours of play, primarily on Forza Horizon 5 and Oblivion Remastered, it has worked well and feels a bit tighter and more responsive than the tired launch edition Xbox One controller it is replacing. Throttle response is good in Forza and button presses are reliable and quick.PositivesFeels like a first party controller. Solid, with good button and stick feel. I'm not a D pad guy, so that doesn't really worry me. Battery life seems good, but I haven't really tested it for more than a couple hours at one time. Charging is only through a Type C USB cable and there is no provision to use the dock from the higher tier versions of the controller. The 2.4ghz dongle works seamlessly as it should.Negatives.There is no customizability available through the company's software. The software will only update the firmware on this version. The two extra R4 and L4 buttons can only be programmed on the controller and don't seem to show up in Windows, pressing them in game setup doesn't allow you to map them in the games I've tried. It's not difficult to program them on the controller, but you can't use them for extra game specific shortcut buttons, etc.The general shape of the controller may also not work for some people. The grip handles are much closer to 90 degrees than the more outswept grips of the Xbox controller this replaced. The distance from the top of the stick to the back of the controller is also deeper than an Xbox controller, which is more cut out on the back.

One of the Few Controllers That's Worth the Price
The 8Bitdo Ultimate C 2.4g Wireless Controller with Turbo Function and Rumble Vibration is a game-changer that is a testament to style and functionality. It has upped my gaming experience with its exceptional build qua-- Oh, wait a moment. Sorry, I forgot I wasn't an AI. Allow me to try again. *ahem*For any game controller, there are five aspects that matter most: comfort, connectivity, battery life, durability and responsiveness. To sum up for those who want a quick review, this controller scored very high in each category. I absolutely recommend it. However, for those that wish for more details, they are offered below.Comfort (9/10) -- It is very comfortable to hold. Of the many controllers that I've held in my life, this one is comparably much more comfortable than most. The only reason that I didn't offer the highest score is because I'm certain there are people out there who will find it either too small or too big. To be fair, I'm not certain that there are any controllers that can universally offer proper comfort to every single person.Connectivity (9/10) -- The controller connected immediately and without any issue. Furthermore, it stayed connected no matter where I walked around in the room. When I wished to disconnect or turn off the controller, it was extremely easy to do so. The only thing I didn't like was that each controller requires its own dongle to connect. It's a bit of an inconvenience. I like the idea of connecting many controllers to the same system without issue, but perhaps that's just wishful thinking for now.Battery Life (10/10) -- This is perhaps the most surprising feature of the controller, as it seems to last for an unusually long time. In fact, I haven't ever had the battery run out. I do charge it every once in a while, but not obsessively so. I expected it to fail at some point and it hasn't yet.Durability (9/10) -- While the controller is plastic, it feels quite durable. It lacks that flimsy quality that many wireless controllers seem to have (as if dropping it the wrong way would break or chip something off). I don't think it's deserving of a perfect 10 score because I don't think it would necessarily survive being thrown multiple times across the room by angry gamers (though whether or not that actually matters is up to you).Responsiveness (10/10) -- I used the controller with multiple games with the explicit purpose of testing its responsiveness and was both surprised and pleased. Every movement and button press happened instantaneously and they seemed to be the same whether the controller was plugged in or wireless.Value (9/10) -- I have added value as an additional category for those who are wondering if the controller is actually worth the price. After all, even if a controller is amazing, if it costs $1,000 -- is it really worth it? In this case, it's definitely worth it. It seems to sit around $30, which is more than fair given its competition. It's simply not worth paying a few dollars less for something significantly worse. This controller is worth the price that's being asked.

Solid controller, but check before ordering purple!
The controller is excellent. It's responsive and easily configures with your PC or desktop. Solid battery. And look good. Plus the price for the quality is currently unmatched. The sole drop in star from 4 to 5 was I received the incorrect color controller. While I ordered purple and received a box for purple, the controller was the peach color. I didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging the controller through mail (no additional carbon output here), so I kept the peach version. So only a word of caution about ordering purple!
