Beautiful Ceramic Pan That's Not Too Heavy!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Caraway saute pan. After watching the movie Dark Waters with Mark Ruffalo, I pitched all of my Teflon cookware and replaced it with Caraway ceramic pots and pans. This pan is beautiful. It's expensive but worth the money, IMO. It heats up quickly, cooks my food evenly, and is easy to clean with just soap and water. This pan is a great size for cooking veggies or making a quick grilled cheese. It's manageable and not too heavy for me to lift. I also have a version of this pan in a larger size (4.5 quart), and it is quite heavy...so I prefer this pan the most!

Worth every penny!
So fare I have bought 4 of these pans for myself and 2 each for my 2 daughters. These pans are great, the non-stick is even better then the best Teflon coated pans….. they are heavy and very durable and clean very easy. When I flipped an egg, the egg slid so easily it almost went flying. Love these pans. And its so nice not to worry about consuming teflon coating from other pans.

Nice Pan
The pan is a nice size. I used it for the first time this morning to make breakfast. It was so easy to fry bacon & eggs! They didn’t stick & fried to perfection. I love having the lid so there isn’t grease everywhere.

Great non stick pan
This is a great non stick pan. I liked the color too. I like the mission of the founder on creating this pan. I will use it and come back to give an update soon. Recommended to all.
