In our basement, we have popcorn ceiling, it was there originally and we never touched it...until we had a water leak, oh what a soggy mess that wasScraping and unsafe chemicals isn't my go to, that's why this tool is more preferred in removing the rest of the ceilingTook some time looking at the Gyfent manual and Amazon page before I startedCase was impressive, even if there is a tear in the shipping box, there is a sturdy case protecting itI popped out each piece to make sure I know how to change it as I use it, fiddled with the power and light / speed controlThe sander is spring loaded, it has some spring to itFront cover can be removed with a screw driver to sand closer to the edgeVelcro like sand paper is new to me, but it does have a good gripMany accessories including the dust mask / goggles / ear coversAssembly is easyOnly thing most people might miss is the larger washer ring that goes between the sander and the tube, likely why there is leaks - It's a black ring, in a black caseI do see it in the exploded pictureControls were pretty straight forwardLED light control, it's like a like strip around the sander, led light is sufficientOn trigger, with a lock button to let me focus on the taskSpeed controlWeight wise, lighter than I expect, but still would need to take it easy, but at least my hands would not be aching and needing to use a massager on itHaving a vacuum is a game changerWe tried the plastic sheet taped when we did our kitchen and sanding, not too great because that sheet just rips like cutting through butter, dust galoreDust cannot be avoided, but at least it is better contained, at least this will be great for smaller DIY projectsRemoving the tubes takes a bit more time, but a screw driver worked for meOverallEasy to setup and useButtons are self explanatory

Llegó defectuoso, al momento de usarlo no prende las luces que tiene y pasa corriente cuando no tienes guantes, no hice mi reclamo ni la devolución porque se iban a demorar mas de un mes primero en verificar y luego en devolverme el dinero otro tiempo más, y sinceramente no queria perder tiempo ni lidiarcon eso. No lo recomiendo por más accesorios que te entreguen.

Muy buej precio en comparación a otras en el mercado. Hace excelente trabajo, facilita el pulido de una forma muy eficaz. Estoy muy contento con los resultados

The only complaint is that I was hoping it collected more dest but i guess i can used a shop vacuum. Nonetheless, the hard case was a great touch, the Sander is not to heavy and well valance. The light make things easier.

It’s work good but I just use it one day and and stop working
