clever kitchen storage containers
The 4 PCS Fruit Storage Containers for Fridge - Leakproof Fresh Fruit Containers with Strainer Lid are clever kitchen storage containers. The baskets work well for storing fruits and vegetables so they don't get mushy. I used the 12-ounce one for cherry tomatoes, the 27-ounce one for sugar snap peas, and the 57-ounce one for blueberries, all picked from my garden this morning. I plan to use the 106-ounce container for the figs I'm picking this afternoon. I like the colander that fits inside each container that you can use as a strainer or to keep fruits and vegetables from sitting in the moisture that always accumulates at the bottom of a plastic container. The lids snap shut and form a solid seal. I also like that the containers stack inside each other, so they don't take up much room in my kitchen cabinet.

Two for one product
These are pretty awesome and a great value. It is an amazing product, as you can clean your fruit, drain the water, and then place the strainer in the container and whatever excess water is left falls to the bottom of the container, away from your fruit, or whatever else you may store in them. Being dishwasher and microwave safe, they can also be used as storage containers without the strainer. This is truly a two for one product. We love them. A helpful hit: Put a paper towel in the bottom of the container, before inserting the strainer, helping absorb what moisture remains, then dispose of the paper towel when you next open the container, making your produce remain fresh.

Useful
The media could not be loaded. These plastic containers with draining baskets are great for organizing the loose fruit or vegetables in your refrigerator. They do extend the life of your fruits. Which is excellent considering how expensive fresh fruit & vegetables can be every extra day is worth this step. You can also use these separate for anything you want. The reason why I didn't rate this higher is because of the high price. The current cost is basically $5 a container and these definitely aren't worth that. I've seen similar products for half this cost.

Have your berries and eat them, too
These types of containers are great at helping fruit last longer, especially hard-to-preserve berries. It is a great thing to not have to eat your raspberries and strawberries practically the second you get them home they spoil. These baskets extend the lives of refrigerated berries and other fruit by at least several days. The key is the holes in the inner basket which allow the juices to flow into the outer basket, so the berries aren’t sitting in liquid the entire time.

Love these!
I've been seeing these all over social media so I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon. I am so glad I did! I am so tired of throwing out rotted fruit! I've had strawberries in them for days now and they are still super fresh. I do recommend lining the bin with a paper towel before you put the basket back in to help absorb residual moisture. Great product, would 100% recommend!

Great storage set
Nice storage set for wet items in the fridge. has a small half inch gap between the grates to allow for moisture to not settle on your fruits. Lids lock easily, and they stack within each other to minimize storage space
