This is the best oil for skin in winter as compared to moisturizerwhich consists of tonnes of chemical which harm your skin and overall health.This is mild fragrance to avoid you can use essence oil like lemongrass,green tea,paper mint.For hair it is best as it is no greasy.

Removes sun tanning or skin discolouring
My mother-in-law had severe sun tanning or something and her face had lot of dark patches. She had consulted many dermatologist and did not help. Then I read Spontaneous Healing by Andrew Weil and tested flax seed oil (not edible) on her. After about 3 months her skin has restored. It is a very slow process but very natural process. Along with that she was taking only 60000 IU vitamin D3 weekly once and Apollo Multi vitamin for Women 50+. She wants me to order one more bottle. Note: Keep the oil out of sun light. They say it turns into something not good. We kept it cool in fridge.

Not sure if my expectations was high or the product was actually not worth much in terms of value. Didn't see difference at all. Sorry, not recommending.

Great fragrance!!!!
I mix this with rose hip oil and apply it all over myself after a bath. It has definitely reduced dry skin problems. It doesn't stay oily, gets absorbed very quickly. When mixed in my regular body moisturizer, it makes the overall effect oily/sticky. I've mixed this in my hair oil but I'm not sure if that is contributing a lot.

Go for it.
I am using flax seed oil for the first time. I have used it as a massage oil and it gets so easily absorbed and leaves the skin soft supple and hydrated. I have used as a hair oil and hair felt very smooth. A good purchase and nice packaging.
