Scarlet Darkness Oktoberfest Costumes for Women 3 Pieces German Dirndl Dress S-XXXL

If you are busty, this may not be the best dress for you... normally I wear an XL but I sized up to hopefully fit my ample chest, but alas I could not get the dress to zip! It is also cut a bit high and werid (once again, may be due to bust size) - but I have had generally great luck with this brand so I am a bit disappointed. Fit and sizing aside, the dress is STUNNING, with crisp embroidery details and fabric that it is nice to the touch. As I got it in exchange for a review I will attempt to make it work by altering the dress, but if I had purchased I would be disappointed and sending it back tbh.

From the mind of my mother:I originally wanted to get the blue one (blue is my favourite colour), but all they had left was the green. I got it anyway, though I wasn't confident it would look as nice on me. I tried it on shortly after it arrived and. . .it is absolutely perfect. It wears well and easily, laces up very easily, and actually made my body shape look even better than I had hoped. The green is beautiful, and matches all the other aspects of it well. I had never had a dirndl before, but I absolutely love it, and I will be going to beer gardens and Oktoberfest in it just to show how great it is. Very pretty, very comfortable, looks so good!

Great quality and it looks amazing when it’s on. It’s really beautiful, the design is pretty and it fits well once you figure out the right size. It runs small, so I’d recommend getting a size or two bigger than usual. Other than that I love it.

For over $70, I would expect the overlapping trim be placed somewhere else beside the front where it is visible. I will be returning.

The cut on this dress just isn't quite right around the neckline. Whether you're busty or not, the neckline doesn't fit flush and ripples weirdly depending on how snug you tighten the laces. You can choose to either have it snug through the body or not look too weird across the neckline, you can't have both. Coming back to the listing after trying it on, I realize you can even see some of this phenomenon on the model in the photos. That being said, the reason this is most frustrating is that the rest of the dress looks great and fits pretty well. This would be a five-star dress without the issue with the neckline, but considering that area is the--ahem--feature of this style of dress, the issue downgrades it hard.

This is a very attractive German type of dirndl dress! I got the blue one, and it looks great! The embroidery is well done. It comes with a cropped blouse to wear under the jumper and a matching little half apron to go over the dress. It is a great costume dress for parties and Oktoberfest!The size fit according to the chart.The one thing that I’ve never been a fan of in a dress is having the zipper on the side. It’s too easy to catch your skin when zipping it up (if it’s the least bit snug). That’s just me though, and I’m sure others wouldn’t mind the side zipper (if the dress isn’t snug on them).All in all, I really like this dress a lot and would get it again!

Fast shipping. Every piece of the costume has a good decent material. This Costume is true to size And fits well. The costume looks great once it’s on. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

This dirndl dress is super cute, but I wish it had a little bit of stretch. I should've sized up to a large for a more comfortable fit in the bust. The quality is nice, and the flower embroidery is beautiful.
