I like how looks in my bike
works and looks fine it feels super light

Simple lightweight chainring bolts.
They work as intended. I can't comment on heavy use as they are on a kids bmx bike but they have held up well to changing the chainring multiple times.

Nicely Finished Steel Chainring Bolts, Perfect For My 1x
These are nicely finished chainring nuts and bolts. The nut sleeve length is 4.4mm, the bolt thread length is 7.9mm. My FSA chainring + Shimano Zee crank spider thickness was 6.3mm, so these worked well, the bolt is fully engaged and sits flush with the outer nut flange. I would have preferred a slightly longer nut sleeve length, but it engages the spider enough for a secure fit.Fully closed length measures 5mm, working length would be about 5mm to 7mm, with the bolt sitting flush with the end of the nut flange at 6.3mm, which happens to be the exact length needed for my bike. The nut flange is serrated, and it bit into the recessed fitting on the chainring enough to prevent any slipping when torquing to 10Nm. RocRide recommends 12Nm, but 10Nm is tight enough for me.Only potential issue are the two slots on the nut flange which are very shallow and poorly shaped for using a chainring nut tool. I was able to fasten these bolts without needing a nut tool, but if I ever need to disassemble these it’s likely it won’t be easy.I put a light coating of Phil Wood grease on the bolt threads, and made sure not to get any grease on the serrated nut flange, so it wouldn’t slip. These chainring bolts are inexpensive, finished well, and are a perfect fit for my 1x hybrid.Recommended, but took away one star for the poorly designed shallow slots on the nut flange.

needed for 1x conversion
The old chainring bolts would have needed some kluging to space correctly. Better to just replace them for less BS.

Needed these for single ring conversion
I went from 3 rings to a single ring on my cranks. The ring didn't come with chain ring bolts, so I went with these. They look nice. They are aluminum so don't over-tighten them and you'll be fine.

These are absoulute garbage.
I bought these simply because they were available for Same Day Delivery. I figured, how bad could they be? I mean, all they have to do is hold 8nm and there's not really that much force on them as there are 5 of them on road ring set.Let's start this story from when I opened the package. 1/2 of the bolt's logos/torque specs were worn off. "No big deal," I tell myself. They're cheap Chinese bolts, and I don't need the cheap screen printing. I just need them to hold onto a chain ring. Then as I started to install them, I realized that the male and female sides of the bolts are not the same color. again, to myself, I rationalize this as "Maybe they're anodized in different batches, it's going to be ok"Hmm that's weird. It seems that 2 of the 5 are cut to a different thread pattern. Ok, this is starting to be weird. But you know what? As long as keep the like females with the like male counterparts, we'll get through this increasingly annoying experiment. After a brief pep talk in the back seat of a 1973 VW Bug, I decided to get back at it. All the normal prep takes place. Remove old bolts, get new rings in place, and slather some grease in the right places. Take the extra step to sort the bolts that match, and begin putting it together. Now put the bolts in your hand tight (using your thumbs to twist).Pull out the trusty torque wrench. Check the side of the bolts that didn't have the screen printed rubbed off. Yep, I read it right 8nm. set the torque wrench to 8nm and start to tighten. First bolt - Click 8mn, Second bolt - Click 8nm. Cool, all is going well, I'l be able to ride tomorr.......aaaaa CRAP. Did that bolt just go tight then loose again?CRAAAAAPPPPPP yes it did. Ok, I have a spare bolt in the toolbox, I'll be ok. Fourth bolt - Clip 8nm. Fifth bolt, *holding my breath that it will take the now backed down to 6nm torque that I decided was good enough to ride tomorrow. Nope, stripped that bolt too.All in all 3 of 5 bolts stripped at under 8nm These are total garbage. Quality is bad. Control is bad.Do not buy these, just get something else. I do not recommend.
