I originally got this bookcase for storage, and it turned out to be perfect for my kitchen! Absolutely love these shelves. I was looking for something in this style for a long time. I looked at furniture stores and everything but nothing matched what I was looking for or if it did it was crazy expensive. So happy I found these! The price at about $150 with shipping was decent for what they are. One complaint is that the hardware that attached to the wall is warped. One is like crooked and one doesn't sit flush with the wall correctly.They look great and weren't too difficult to put together. It was definitely easier with two people but doable with one. The absolute worst part was putting the doors on in the end. I wish they were able to be put on differently, like some spring loaded notches or something. But having to tighten them backwards because of how they go on and tighten afterwards was SO annoying! Haha but doable.Pros: Beautiful looking, heavy duty hardware, nice smooth sliding doors.Cons: Definitely seems easy to scratch or get water damaged so be careful what you sit on it, doors are a little difficult to put on, hardware that attaches to wall is a little warped.

Absolutely fell in love with this shelf, it was really easy to put together but you will need 2 people. The shelf itself looks stunning, it’s sturdy, you can fit so much on the self!! Originally I was going to have it in our living room but decided to use it in my office and oh my gosh it’s perfect. I can fit all my files just on one shelf allowing me to add cute trinkets to and decor as well!! I also love the cabinet style for the bottom 2 shelves since it allows for a bit of privacy. The bottom shelf is also easily removable which allowed you to put bigger items if needed. So far my kiddo is using it as a hide and seek spot 🤣Absolutely love this shelf and how functional it is as an office shelf and even a way for my kid to play. What I really appreciated about this shelf was that it came with wall mounts, most furniture doesn’t so this was a really great surprise! Will definitely be getting another shelf for my bedroom as well!!

I love the look of this bookshelf so much and was the only mcm bookshelf on here that I wanted. I’m not sure how other people did it, but this took 3 people working on it for an average for 3ish hours to complete.The instruction book does say that this is a 2 person job and it really is! Things need to be held while others are worked on and unless you’re confident in a wall support, this is for at least 2 people.Half way through, the instructions were a little confusing but we got it done.My biggest concern (and confusion) is how wobbly it is. So I’m not sure if we missed a screw or what. I don’t have any children or rowdy pets so I’m not worried about it falling over/apart and I didn’t sercure it to the wall either. Maybe if I did trap it to the wall, this would give the heart sturdiness in other reviews.Overall, I love the look, it holds a lot of stuff and every though it wobbles, I think it’ll hold up no problem.

I love this bookcase! It’s sturdy and looks great in my room. The open shelves are perfect for books and decor, and the bottom storage helps keep things organized. The four fixed shelves provide ample space. It does take some time to assemble, but it’s worth it for the quality.

Can’t say enough good things about this bookshelf. The color is perfect for my living room. There are 2 options to choose in how to put it together. Does not take very long to assemble and is pretty sturdy. I like the height, number of shelves and storage on the bottom. Very functional for my needs.

To start, it looks wonderful. It has an awesome style. But…The instructions will have you install the back panel last, but once you’ve spent 4 hours getting to that point you’ll find that’s impossible. This panel is somehow supposed to be squeezed into recessed grooves on all four sides of the assembled unit. This step should have been advised much earlier in the process. It will require so much unscrewing to get back to that point so I’m just leaving it off.Also, you’re supposed to be able to install the last shelf in two different angles (flat or at a 45 degree angle), but the holes for the 45 degree option weren’t drilled in correct locations.

Super easy to assemble and sturdy! Fits perfectly in my living room. Love the storage space and sleek design.
