Selling me a phone that would not connect to any networks. Selling me a phone that wanted to put an update that Google put a warning out not to accept this third party update. This was a dangerous device and they see an email from you trying to say you'll charge me in the future if not unused it was defective and I will not pay one cent for this defective dangerous product it's been returned to you

I had been looking for a cost effective solution for my desire to move to 5G and also achieve high performance standards. I have previously own Umidigi cellphones and they have been exception devices. In fact they all still function perfectly, but as technology marches forward new devices are needed.That written I thought I should share my experiences with the Umidigi Note 100 5g. Setting the phone up took just minutes. Remember when it took hours to set up a phone. Not now, wow it was easy Connectivity is solid with no drops or deficiencies detected. Download 5G speeds are excellent and the handoffs to LTE are completely transparent. The camera is amazing, particularly the "on phone" editing. The tools are very effective in perfecting a picture, bringing it to the next level. Ditto for the video functionality. There are lots of video features and they work vey well. I have noticed that many people use their speaker phones and I am a member of that club. This feature is very refined, with no distortions or echoes and plenty of clear volume. The security systems work well with side button fingerprint reader and the facial recognition functioning flawlessly. Battery life stands out as one of the best phones I have owned. The phone charges very quickly with the two stage charger. I have used my phone on two different networks. T-Mobile and Mint. T-Mobile sent me a text saying they could not guarantee compatibility. I can write with confidence that there was not problem with compatibility on the T-Mobile network. Mint immediately approved the phone for their network and it has operating perfectly.I highly recommend the Umidigi Note 100 5G. This is an amazing phone at any price, but a really great value on Amazon.

I'm very happy with this phone! It's easy to use, the graphics are great, and even with a slightly lower resolution, the screen is crisp and clear. The phone is lightweight, and the battery life is impressive—it holds a charge twice as long as my Samsung's ever did. After using Samsung phones for 20 years, I decided to try something different since they were getting too expensive. So far, so good! The UMIDIGI G9 5G has plenty of features, and while it’s missing a few, I’m really enjoying it.It connected instantly with my MetroPCS SIM with no issues. As expected, I had to update the EIM in my MetroPCS account, but that’s standard. The only minor hiccup was adding my Google account—Google made it a bit of a hassle at first, but after a few hours, everything sorted itself out. My apps, call history, and messages started repopulating on their own, which was a nice surprise.Overall, the phone works great! Apps open quickly with no lag, and the built-in ringtones and notification sounds are pleasant. It’s definitely different from my Samsung, but for the price, I’m very happy with it.

Wow! This phone is really impressive for this price. I've had the phone for about a week. When I received it I removed it from the box and booted it up. I followed the on-screen prompts and transferred all of my apps and data from my old phone using an enclosed USB cable, seamlessly. After following the set-up instructions on the phone everything worked as it should. Next I took it to my truck and tried Android Auto. Again, seamless. The phone itself is the perfect size for me. The screen is bright/vivid. The metal frame is thin, lightweight, and appears to be strong and rugged. The battery lasts all day and recharges fast. The camera is excellent. I really don't know why you would spend hundreds or a thousand more for other phones when this one does, essentially, the same thing for less than $150.

I initially thought this would be a good backup phone if something happened to my iPhone. The phone screen was slightly larger than my iPhone (I have an iPhone 16 Pro). The phone worked flawlessly with my U3 1 TB microSD card. I ended up returning the phone to Amazon because I had thought I could propagate my existing cell phone number using the T-Mobile digits app. After getting the digits app and the corresponding digits plan set up on both phones, to my embarrassment, people started complaining that the text messages I was sending were out of conversational order ( meaning that the conversation thread was jumbled when they received the messages). That turned out to be the fault of the T-Mobile digits app and not the phone. Because I had so much grief getting this workaround regarding my text messages set up between both phones, I got so disgusted that I simply returned his phone, and I'm now fully using my iPhone again.If I had an Android phone as my primary phone instead of an iPhone, I know my experience would have been much better.
