Van NessHigh Sided Cat Litter Tray Giant (colours May Vary)

I have 3 of these trays for 3 cats and they are brilliant, small trays are useless and this tray is high sided, cutting out most of the litter scratched up by cats onto floors, made in USA excellent quality. This order is to replace the same trays purchased many years ago, now getting a bit grubby.

Part of the joy of being a feline is making sure your human is kept busy and occupied. To this end we are obliged to kick our cat litter hither and yon so that they have to get out the hoover or dust pan and brush and tidy up. They may mutter when they do this but we know it makes them happy. Rubbing against their knees as they work means they know we appreciate their efforts - bless them.And then this new tray was installed and unless I develop the skills of Johnny Wilkinson, the rugby star scorer, I will never get so much as a grain of kit lit over the sides. And believe me, I have tried! Slightly lower at the front for easy access, the solid well made tray will deprive all catkind of the fun of making sure your human is kept busy.*Sigh*. I suppose she will find something else to do and moulting season is not far off....But really - who thinks of these things?

I bought this 'extra giant' size as a replacement for the large size tray my cat has been using for about 3 years now. As with the large, the deep sides are what makes this tray such a great product and my cat can dig and bury her business to her heart's content. I decided to upgrade to the extra giant as I thought she was looking a bit cramped in the large (she's not huge at about 4.25kg but she likes to pee and poo in opposite corners on the short sides).On first looking at it I thought it wasn't much bigger than the large size. The area at the bottom of the tray seems quite small, however, once the litter goes in it creates more floorspace.This does take a lot more litter. One 6.35kg/14lb bag of clumping litter would nicely fill the large tray with some left over for topping up. This one takes a whole bag and needs more to get a good depth really, but my cat is happy enough with it for now. We do still get a small scattering of litter as she leaves the tray but that is probably more likely down to the type of litter we use getting caught in her paws rather than the actual tray.Five stars because my cat also loves the extra giant box the tray was packaged in. It's been by far her favourite bed.

One of the cats in my household is a Maine Coone so I needed a large litter tray, and this is. Unfortunately it does not stop the litter from going all over the place.My only worry would be is when my cats get older and have to put a paw on the side of the litter box to help them get in and out, it might tip over.

Fantastic! I have 5 cats who all use one tray even though they can go outside when they want. When you first get it you may think it's way too large, but trust me the depth of it is a god send. No more litter sprinkled around and the cats feel safe with it having the high sides too. No more cats squatting on the edge and tinkling down the side, you can also put a good depth of litter in too so they can bury what they do, without it sitting on top stinking up the place.Saying that, you will need extra litter but it will save you constantly emptying if you have a few cats.

This item came intact despite its lazy packaging-down to courier, I expect. However, the product was great. It's tall sides meant my big male did not spray over the top, as was happening with smaller trays. He can also fit inside the box for his business, and does not have a problem with space. My little girl uses it, too, and because of the dip in the lip, can climb out without difficulty. Result: All happy!

Bought a few of these for our Bengals. 3 of which are 7- 8kg.These are absolutely perfect for large cats , they contain the litter without any "spills" caused by cat covering and there have been no "accidents" outside the box since we had them.They are robust , well made and easy to clean.Highly recommended for large cats.

Fantastic litter tray. My poor boy is getting old and wasn't able to crouch as low with the result he was constantly peeing over edge of tray, I even bought him a bigger tray but he just positioned himself the same. With the back & sides being higher he can position himself inside and not worry about the edges. I priced other trays like this and they were a lot dearer. It's strong & sturdy. Arrived on time.

Compré el tamaño gigante y fue una muy buena inversión. A mi gato le viene muy bien el tamaño y eso que es un gato bastante largo y grandote, noté que en casa con otros 3 o 4 modelos de cajas, él optaba más por ésta así que ya hasta le compré más de éstas mismas.Pros:* Con una buena arena, ésta caja de arena desprende muy fácilmente los terrones, aún un año o más tarde.* Buen diseño, plástico de buena calidad, colores bonitos (sólo me ha tocado azul hasta ahora).* Es la mejor opción para arenero de paredes altas que pude encontrar de éste tamaño y a ese buen precio.Creo el único contra que le hallo es que es de plástico y por lo que eventualmente se tendrá que reemplazar. Pero fuera de eso es una gran gran adquisición.* Recomiendo andar monitoreando el precio, los he comprado abajo de los $300mxn, lo cual está excelente por el producto.

Ich habe mehrere Katzentoiletten probiert und bin so froh, endlich die allerbeste für uns rechtzeitig bestellt zu haben!Viel weniger Streu landet am Boden und es ist soooooooo viel einfacher zu säubern als alle andere bisher--und mein Ruby liebt diese XL Größe.Ich habe gleich Freunde davon erzählt und sollte jetzt 2 weitere bestellen aber leider zur Zeit nicht verfügbar. Hoffentlich bald gibtŽs doch noch welche zu kriegen (mindestens 2, bitte :o))!!!IŽve tried many different types of litter boxes for my cats and am so very happy finally to have ordered one of the last of the all-time best one weŽve ever had!Hardly any litter ends up around it on the floor and it is really soooooo much easier to clean than all my others--and my Ruby loves this extra large size.IŽve only had it 2 weeks now, been telling my friends about it and IŽve been asked (begged, really) to order 2 more, but unfortunately there arenŽt any available at the moment.
