This jack is great! It works very well and I have already had to use it a couple times. This company called us before the item even arrived and made sure we were taken care of during the shipping process. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

I really don't like the jack assembly that came stock in my daughter's car. they can be unstable and dangerous. This is small & light enough for her to take out of the back of her car and safely raise her car if tire blows out and needs to fix or while working on her car in general and needs to lift it. I also bought her two jack stands and a tire block to go with it. Much safer for her to use, she had her car fall off the stock factory jack while lifting once didn't want that t o happen again. I carry one in my care for same reason since high school 43 years ago.
