TuffRider Comfy Mesh SNeck Fly Sheet 69 White

Bought two of these fly sheets. The price was really good. We have had them about a month. The horses of course want to roll (first time out) and they've held up to that. The white was dirty first use, but they are horses, don't care if it stays white. The Valco breast strap makes up for the buckles instead of snaps at chest. The fabric is light which is good on hot summer days. I rated Durability at 4 (instead of a 5) only because one of the snaps of one of the back leg straps doesn't want to auto close; I'm just careful to push it closed and it stays. All the rest of the closures work just fine. The sheets are doing great at keeping the flies off the horses and protecting horses on the really hot days too.

I bought this along with a belly guard when my 20 y.o. gelding had a horrendous reaction to no-see-ums late in the season this year. Both the sheet and guard arrived after the weather changed and his sores had healed, but I will use them next year. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I haven't tried them on him.

The material is wonderful. The flies cannot get at their backs and leave welts anymore. It does stain but it's a horse so nothing will stay clean. But it has been durable through them rolling in it. If they like to rub fencing it may snag and tear. The velcro between the breast buckles is helpful. All of the straps are made well. It helps keep them from overheating and sunburn. It also helped keep my horse dry so we could prevent rain rot since this year was so wet.

These are nice fly sheets for the price. just put them on my horses today June 9th. will see how they last. the only down size was the size. i originally bought 2 at the size company stated but when i received they were too small so i returned them and bought the next size up. my horses normally wear a size 74 and 76 and sizing said to purchase zize 75 but i ended getting 78's which fit perfect.

Just got this. Happy with the quality and price. I've used it for a few days now and it's worked perfect. Also I live in Florida and was a little worried it would be too hot. I double checked under the blanket mid day yesterday. And my mare was fine.... not sweating at all. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this for my mare thinking because of the price, it might not hold up the best or for long but I needed a fly sheet and didn't have a ton to spend at the time. My mare isn't particularly hard on her clothes so I don't know how it would be for a horse who rubs a lot but this sheet held up all summer and looks the same as the first day I got it...just a bit dirtier ;). Absolutely no rips or tears! All the hardware is in tact, velco still strong and buckles are great! I bought a size 69 and it was a tad small but that's because she's normally a 72. I was a little worried about shoulder rubs since it doesn't have gussets but not a single rub and she has work it a great deal of the time this summer with the crazy amount of flies and mosquitos we've had. Very impressed with this sheet, has held up better than my other horses more expensive ones. Although, they are a bit harder on their sheets than she is but I'd highly recommend, especially for the price!!!

I can't say enough good...it's not even 'good considering the price' It's just a great product. My horse is out 24/7. He's been wearing it for weeks now, in the bush, rolling in the dirt, etc. The fit is perfect, the material is not catching, the white colour helps keep him cool as well as bug free. Very cost effective, I couldn't buy just the supplies to make this, forget my time. I can't buy a decent summer dog coat for less. Thanks TuffRider!!!

A great fly sheet, horse has been wearing it in the field a couple weeks now and despite the light fabric no tears. Yes it is white and has some horrible poo stains on it but it deflects the sun and seems very comfortable. The fit is perfect, and the straps and buckles are good quality. Highly recommend.

I was very shocked at the quality of this fly sheet for the price. It is soft, yet durable and the buckles and clips are great! My horse was happy with it, and therefore so am I! I ordered another after receiving my first one. Love them.

I have never used a fly sheet before, so not really sure how well any of them work. The bugs in our area are extremely bad. The mosquitoes still try to bite through the material, so not sure it is 100% preventative. The value of the product is excellent. All of the straps and fasteners are of excellent quality and the sheet stays in place extremely well. Overall .... great product for the price, but would like to find the neck covering to go with this sheet.

The buckle on chest broke the first time the horse wore it, I wasn’t impressed with the quality.
