Two per day!
I eat 2 nuts per day only for the health benefits I need. Fresh, tasty and large, quality nuts. I store in fridge to maintain the freshness and easy access.

Brazil nuts were delivered fresh and quickly
Flavorful punch of protein! I needed selenium due you thyroid problems so I eat 3 Brazil nuts each day. These came in a different package but still resealable and within date. Good value for price and not having to remove the shells ! All nuts were whole (not cracked). I have also pulverized some to go into my smoothies (purchases a USB rechargeable blender on Amazon ). These nuts do kill hunger pains for a while !

Good for my health
Because I had my thyroids removed I need selenium. These nuts give me that if I just eat a few a day. I found these a little smaller than usual, but that might just be the batch these came from. They taste fresh.

Budget-friendly and best brazil nuts
I usually purchase brazil nuts in Amazon. This is the first time I order this brand and I must say these are the most budget-friendly and the tastiest as well! I was impressed because as they have a lower price I thought the quality was not going to be that good, but it was quite the opposite, they are really good. I always eat two or three brazil nuts per day for my daily dose of selenium, so from now on I will only order this brand.
