Easy to set up, don't think the sound quality is too great although that maybe my hearing. My one gripe is the display could be a bit bigger and brighter

This phone is nice and slimline, which is what I wanted but, the volume is almost none existent; on our old phone, we could hear messages upstairs. On this phone you can barely hear the messages in the living room so not a chance they can be heard upstairs!I would not recommend this phone at all.

I think the phone is nice to use the only disappointing thing is that it doesn't have a missed caller display.

This handset is a replacement for BT Graphite, it may be fair to say that I had used my old twin handset for years and i was used to them.No one likes change but after developing faults, it was time for a change. First time for Panasonic and first impressions are that quality is not as good as a BT handsets, and they even feel cheap. Panasonic handsets are harder to operate their functions, the functions are good but take time to get used to. I copied all my contacts from one set to another in a few minutes, quite simple after a bit off playing about. I have also finally figured out how to make a internal call from one set to another, again Panasonic do not make it simple enough, You have to do it through the menu options, one button access would be better.Eco mode is cool, hopefully it will save me money of my electricity bill? Cant believe that these handsets do not have a key pad lock function, I actually thought this was a standard feature on all handsets.In summary, worth the money I paid for them but you get what you pay for. If you are used to BT handsets then in my opinion i suggest you stick to them.I must mention, from all the years of shopping online, the speed of delivery was the fastest ever. Ordered on early Sunday morning, i thought I was seeing thing when it was delivered 1st thing on Monday morning. I did not even opt for the 1 day delivery option, super saver delivery rocks. 5 stars for Amazon✌️

Good written instructions much needed in a handbook of how to set use the phone which is much appreciated. Phone is modern and fits in well in the property. Clear sound and speaker function is good.

Pleased so far with this product. Good clear reception with good loud ring tone. Good number of phone numbers in memory. Vast improvement on our old BT phones.
