Fantastic dinner service
Just bought a couple of plates to add to the ones I has from the 20 piece set.Know from over the years that the dinner plates are always the ones that get worn out or chipped first, so got some spares.Fantastic design !

Love these plates, the colour matches our new kitchen perfectly. They look great and dishwasher safe.

Slightly larger plate than I expected
I like them. Nice design; they do fit in the dishwasher after some concern that they might be too big. I ordered 6 but one was broken in transit as was the replacement - so I only have five.

Didn't last a year
Was totally in love with this collection until my plate cracked ON MY HANDS after placing some pizza on it, fresh off the oven. Not sure why it happened, as I've done the same time several times before and nothing ever happened, but maybe my plate wasn't properly made, I honestly don't know. Wish I could get a new one in return, as this one is useless now.

Awesome customer service.
Botley has incredible customer service, I received this plate and instantly realized what I did (I thought it was a set) I requested a refund as I need a set not just a single plate. Botley store issued my refund very quickly and to save me the hassle they told me to keep the plate as a gift. I’ve never had a single company do that for me. 10/10 would recommend.
