It arrived on time. Looks nice and feels good on wrist. Feels of good quality. All tools to make it fit included.

So on the Amazon side I things I ordered the watch strap and it came in the post the next day which was fantastic the watch strap has a classy, black shiny, finish and I love the strap around my wrist also to notw I find this is tracking my heart rate better maybe the heavier feel.of the strap is detecting my pulse better. However there was some small niggles - do not expect to have the galaxy watch straps preassembled for you in the way that Samsung provides the original watch straps when bought, these are watch straps that you have to assemble yourself, instructions are provided to you although it seems it's a Chinese instruction translated into incorrect english using Google translate or something nonetheless after a bit of thought I still managed to work this out. You will be provided with some mini tools in order to remove some of the links and after a bit of working out I managed to do this however upon buying the watch I thought that this would be already done for me and easily customisable however you will need to adjust it according to your wrist. Nonetheless it's a classy sophisticated strap and I do love it it has added a bit of masculinity to the overall feel of the watch. Some minor points to mention, in between some of the links which are not concealed when worn have some slight discoloration where they have not coloured some areas in its entirety as shown in the photo however I would still keep this as it is minor for me, but to some it may be of concern- bear in mind this is stainless steel and over time discolouration may happen anyway as with previous watches iv had!! I would certainly recommendnthse straps to give the active watches a classier finish, mine is the original galaxy watch active - especially for formal occasions or for a more classic look to the watch as the ones provided by Samsung are quite basic. I recommend buying completely minus the 5 percent niggles it's a great buy.

Ordered this a few days ago and released it didn't have the metal spring bars needed to attach strap to the watch. After contacting the seller via Amazon, they sent out new ones straight away.Product is really good quality and while the instructions are a bit vague there are YouTube videos available to help with the removal of links. The removal process is fairly easy once understood.The watch looks and feels great with the new strap.

He recibido la correa y en principio parece de buena calidad, me gusta el color y el tacto.El problema se me ha presentado al intentar ajustar la correa. El mecanismo suministrado por el fabricante es débil y se ha roto en tres ocasiones, trae tres recambios y los tres se han roto uno detrás de otro.Por tanto no he podido hacer el ajuste y probablemente tendré que llevar la correa a un relojero el cual seguramente me cobrara por su trabajo.He contactado con el servicio de atención al cliente, espero que me den una solución aceptable, en caso tal hare una actualización del estado del pedido.
