I know this is subjective, but I believe that I have better recall as well as improved analytical skills. I will keep taking this one. There have been no side effects. Expensive, but probably worth the cost.

I’m an active 59 yr old in a high stress job and started taking these about 6 months ago now I’m hooked. The level of clarity and recall I get is far better than expected to the point where if I don’t take them it makes a big difference. To save money I skip on weekends or vacation and notice a slight brain fog (might be my imagination) but for work swear by them. Worth it, try for 30 days at least and see what I mean.

I also reviewed and compared the main known ingredients that make up this supplement in its entirety giving notice to what are the most important aspects. Then I started my one month trial of this to see if it really helped me out. And WOW was I and my wife astonished. Stonehenge Health/Dynamic Brain, has all of the ingredients and then some to make up this complex supplement. They even have added vitamins on top of all the listed proprietary ingredients that make up the Brain Blend.First, this is not an overnight supplement. I will admit within the first week I did notice a slight difference in how I felt. Just more energized I guess. The change was progressive and happened gradually. At three weeks I absolutely felt more energized and clear in the head. To the point to where my conversations with my wife and friends became more enthusiastic or actually made a lot more sense. Not that I was brainless or couldn't carry on a normal conversation. I just felt energized and more engaging. Now at one month there has been just a huge change in my thought process and ability to stay focused.I would say the biggest benefit from Dynamic Brain is being focused and aware of my self and thoughts. And even bigger that that, my wife has noticed big time how energetic my conversations are and how fluid I am to talk too.In closing I just feel fantastic and more energized. I can honestly say I think more clear and am more engaging. Excellent vitamin. As I have gotten older I noticed my brain function was not as sharp as it used to be to be. I have been taking them for two years now and notice how much better I feel. Excellent product

I took these for a month and I felt a lot better, clear thinking but the most surprising result was that I felt like doing more things! I had more energy, which no one mentioned in the reviews. It must be this supplement because I had not changed anything and found myself wanting to work in the garden and enjoyed helping my husband outside usually by 1 pm I am ready for a nap but don’t even need to do that anymore. I feel 20 years younger. This the only change I have done it must be this stuff that has made such a difference. I didn’t reorder and started taking another supplement to enhance my memory but will be going back to Brain!!

Seems like minimal improvement after use for several months.
