Love this protein powder, both flavors taste great. Mixes easily in just a bottle of water. No blender or shaker bottle needed. It does get very foamy, but just give it time to settle. Stays mixed and doesn’t separate or settle. Adding this one on my subscription items. Thank you, Ascent

Pineapple Coconut: flavor tastes exactly like a pina colada. Blends better than other protein/collagen drinks. And it's actually CLEAR - unlike other "clear protein" brands I've been trying lately. This is the first one out of like 3 or 4 that you can literally see through. (Side note - this is a good choice if you're prepping for a colonoscopy and can only drink clear fluids while still wanting to maintain your protein intake!)Edited to add: deducted a star due to faulty zip top pkg. I don't know where these brands are sourcing their packaging suppliers but they're always like this and I end up having to dump it into a lidded jar or ziploc bag.

Love this protein. Shakes well in a blender bottle, and tastes like OJ. Plus it doesn’t leave me feeling full or bloated like whey other milkshake like protein powders leave me feeling.Very refreshing.

I have purchased both the Pineapple and the Mango protein. I absolutely love them! Taste is amazing!! The clear isolate is so much easier on my stomach since you use water instead of milk. I hope Ascent continues to make this and add more flavors to the selection. Another plus, I worked for this company for almost thirty years. I know they make a great product!

I was excited to try this protein powder as a lighter, refreshing alternative to traditional protein shakes. It mixes easily, has a nice fruity flavor, and delivers 20g of protein with clean ingredients, which is perfect for post-workout recovery.However, I felt like I had a mild allergic reaction to something in it, even though I don’t have any known allergies. It left my mouth and lips feeling itchy and tingly, so I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I’d hoped.If you’re not sensitive to any ingredients, it’s a great low-calorie option for muscle recovery, but I’d recommend trying a sample first if you’re unsure how your body might react.

Love all of Ascents flavors. We got the coconut pineapple and it was extra yum! Love mixing it in my Greek yogurt for a sweet treat, without anything artificial.

Even though this protein froths a bit and has a high "dust" factor out of the package, this is a tasty and refreshing alternative to the usual vanilla or chocolate protein powders by the same brand. I'll continue to keep it in rotation.

The Ascent whey protein isolate is great tasting. It has a very sweet taste with noticeable coconut and pineapple flavors, without too much sugar. It mixes easily. Inuse it as part of my post workout nutrition plan, and make the drinks wel ahead of time. I would recommend this product for a healthy protein boost or post workout nutrition.
